The house is situated in the area of Manacor, one of the most important towns of the island. Manacor is known for its pearl and furniture production, the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Monday is market day in Manacor and you can buy local products. Some of the nearest beaches are S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, S'Estany d'en Mas, Cala Antena, Es Domingos Grans, Es Domingos Petits and Cala Murada. If you just want to enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, or sky surfing, you can do it in the beach of Cala Millor. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
