Great private getaway spot with beautiful views!

We loved it here, had a great time with the family. This place is private, cozy, comfortable and truly unique. Thank you Nathan for sharing your place with us.

My wife and I spent the weekend here. We loved staying right on the water, and the local restaurants had great food. The house was clean, cute, and had everything we needed.

Very sweet little house. Nice large porch for sitting, sipping wine and enjoying the beautiful view. Eagle sighting was awesome! Private spot on your own beach perfect. My black lab Jake loved it!

Great property. House is small but well arranged. Be aware that the loft has a low ceiling over the bed (I’m 6’5 and whacked my head pretty good once 😫). The private beach area was a good size, clean, and perfect to let our dog roam and explore. The only major consideration (not really a downside depending on your perspective) is the remoteness of the property. If you’re planning on eating out for most meals you’re going to exhaust what’s in a 15 minute radius quickly. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. Overall we loved the location and house. Would return.

Quite a blessing for my husband after our fathers passed in days of one another. We’ll be back. Thank you Nathan.

We absolutely love this place--this is our 3rd time back. In the house, the views are incredible and feel like you're surrounded by water.

Nice quiet cute place. I wish it was easier to get to the beach area. The covered porch was great.

Hesitating writing a review because best to not let out how nice it was to get out of the city sounds, and find this spot off season. We did not get the kayaks in the water because of the winds sadly, but savored every bit of the day, from sunrise to sunset. Enjoyed discovering the Northern Neck, and while we did not get to Tangiers Island (boat only runs May-Oct) the Oyster Festival a few towns over was a highlight. Hoping to come back....

Owner was the best communicator! The process of booking was very smooth. This is a lovely little house and it was spotless. All expectations were met. I loved the eagles and there were storms, but the Bay was beautiful. Lovely views from all angles. Lots of extras, these owners are great.
