We loved our stay here. The house was well furnished and had everything one could need. We did not use the kayaks or bikes, but the fact that they were there for our use was amazing. The property owners were quick to respond and left a cute little check in package with note card.

We cant say enough about this awesome cottage! Everything is as stated and shown in the listing. It's actually better in person! Great location right on the water. Perfect amount of privacy and seclusion. If you're looking for a place to unplug and unwind, this is the spot. 10 minutes or so to waterfront dining and local stops. We enjoyed eating at the Crazy Crab. If you're looking for fresh, local seafood, Little River Seafood is the place to go. If you're into fishing (cottage has a pier perfect for fishing from) the stop in at Butlers Bait and Tackle. We were craving pizza on our last night, and made the 20 minute drive to Kilmanrock and enjoyed Sal's pizza. It was super hot the weekend we visited, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we wanted, but definitely look forward to coming back in cooler temps to enjoy the fabulous outdoor fire pit area. LOVE the outdoor string lighting! Makes for a great ambience. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The owners were very communicative and accommodating! 10 out of 10 experience and we will definitely be back!

Excellent property, great host, very clean. Kitchen is well apointed, beds very comfortable. We had a blast and would stay here again.

This was an amazing house and location. Tons of amenities with a great view! We enjoyed the Kayaking, bike rides, crabbing and fire pit, all provided by the owner. Leslie was always available and quick to respond. My family enjoys the Northern Neck area and this house is one of the top homes we have stayed in.

My husband and I planned a last min. Memorial Day weekend trip and consider ourselves so lucky that we were able to book Cod Creek! Leslie was super responsive prior, during and after our trip. Beautiful location right on the bay with kayaks, fire pits and grills! We felt very relaxed and cannot wait to visit again! Plenty of room for families with younger kids as well. Thanks Leslie, we had a great, great weekend!
