This cottage style, fully self-contained studio with reverse cycle air conditioning is set in 2 1/2 acres tranquil bushland setting adjacent to the main house. Just a short drive to shops and take aways. With your own entrance, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed, shower room and secure under cover parking beside the studio. This quiet environment makes it a great place to relax and escape. Complimentary samples of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Toiletries are also provided now. The owner is on site if you need them. We are pleased to offer free Wi-Fi.

We will be back!
Loved the quality, spacious and quiet setting. So peaceful and relaxing. And husband loved that there is decent golf course close by too.

Carramar is a 10 minute drive from busy Joondalup. Joondalup has a fast rail connection to the city and the airport. Joondalup has numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. At Hillarys boat harbour there is the Aquarium of  Western Australia where you can learn all about the wonders of the marine life, you can also dive and swim with the sharks all year round. The Botanical Golf Gardens offer mini golf set  in 5 acres of glorious gardens with wonderful meals available in their cafe. At  Yanchep National Park you can experience Aboriginal history, view Koalas in natural settings and go underground in the crystal caves. The local pub in Carramar, The Duke, has wonderful meals at great prices with Mon- Thursday specials,

The property is a 45 minute drive north from the international airport or a ten minute taxi ride from the nearest rail station. You can also get the train from the airport to Joondalup. On making a booking you will be given personal instructions on how to access the property. We can accomodate late night arrivals.
