Walk to downtown Asheville yet stay in a quiet residential neighborhood Central/North Asheville. Location so close to many entertainment, eating establishments, grocery and shopping. Minutes drive to Blue Ridge Parkway (from I 240 in East Asheville), Biltmore Mansion, the Arts District and a quick jump onto the interstates to hiking, rafting and waterfalls.

Home is terrace level of a duplex (not a basement, there is a basement below on parking level), very spacious with kitchenette, off street parking, eclectic decor from my travels. Owner stays in other unit (upstairs) on street level. Columbian coffee with agave nectar provided and filtered water pitcher.
Note: not suitable for children, couch not for sleeping, comfortable for up to 4 bodies.

I give you your privacy. We share a parking area off street where we have 2 spots and there is street parking. I am always available by phone. Please feel free to call with any questions or if you want suggestions. Smart lock to front door and self check in between 3PM and 10PM.

This is an amazing apartment on a peaceful street from which I was able to walk to the center of downtown Asheville, about a mile. It is hilly, but I'm a hiker. Otherwise, Uber is available. Also within walking distance of organic grocery and cafes....More

Airport: Asheville/Hendersonville Airport: 26.0 km
From Asheville Airport, drive about 20 minutes W on I 26 and merge onto I 240. From I 240 take Merrimon Avenue exit. Go N, R at Annandale (about 2 miles, then L on Linden, 2nd house on R, turn into driveway, your entrance porch is about half way down driveway.
