After all, it is for good reason that the majority of the municipal district lies within the Sierra Nevada National Park or the Sierra Nevada Nature Park. If to this we add the extreme variation in altitude - from 730 metres to the 3,394 of the Veleta mountain - then it is easy to understand the diversity of settings that any nature lover can find in this district.
