Great Location and Place
The place was nice and only a minute away from the landing. The property owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed the outdoor space for games as well. Will definitely book here again if the space is available!

Current River
Great location. Nice and clean.! Outside fire pit, grills and games. Unit has everything needed for a long stay. Owner was very attentive to our stay and having a great experience.

Great Property!!
Rick was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is close to the landing which made it easy for floating. Also near stores, bars, etc. We rented all four condos, so the outdoor space was great for us to be able to get together as a group. The property was stocked with all essentials needed. Highly recommend this location!

Clean - New - Easy
The condo and the communication with Rick were both great. The condo was spotless and close to the Landing (where most of our larger group was staying). Rick made everything very very easy, from check-in to check-out.

Nice place, close to river
Super clean, new, and nicely finished rental. The kitchen has plenty of utensils to cook with. Very close to the river with rental opportunities nearby. The Wi-Fi was not very strong and we couldn’t figure out how to work the bedroom TVs because of that. Overall we loved the place and price and are likely to return in the future!!

Cozy little condo near current river
the condo was very clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was already there. One bed was super comfy and the other was a spring mattress that was a bit rough on the back. Overall the stay was very nice. If youre wanting a clean place to stay without all the trouble of a motel or camping this condo is perfect. The owner was super easy to contact and was helpful. I'd def stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
Once again, Rick did not disappoint. We stayed at his condos 2 years ago before he expanded with condos 3 and 4. They were clean, comfortable, and convenient then and his service has only gotten better since. He has expanded and added grills and games (horseshoes). We stayed in condo 4 which was the bottom condo. Love, love, love Rick's condos and his excellent communication. He provided us with a key code the day before and provided us with a list of alternative floating options when he discovered that Current River was closed due to high water. He is about 2 minutes from the Landing, right across the street from the Pitt Stop Bar, and less than 5 minutes from the rest of town. We will stay here every time we come to Van Buren in the future.
