Selfish and Unwilling to Help - DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE

My fiance and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary here. He is army and suddenly got called back to the field 5 days prior to our arrival. This "hotel" refused to help, empathize, or even allow us to reschedule our trip without charging us twice....More
