Well appointed and tastefully decorated, Grand View provides you with peace, quiet, and breathtaking views. The wrap around porch offers amazing views of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, or if its too chilly outside, one can enjoy the gorgeous views from any spot in the living room - dining room - kitchen area. In addition, located on the lower deck is a private Jacuzzi tub room, where you can soak and relax after a full day of hiking or exploring the surrounding area. Grand View comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) and 1.5 bathrooms (1/2 bath off bedroom with king bed). There is a charcoal grill available for grilling, however charcoal is not provided at Grand View and firewood for fire pit can be found locally for $10 a bundle. ...More

Although there are other homes on Grand View Dr, Grand View cabin is located in a wooded area, making it feel as if you are staying in a tree house when looking out the windows from inside, or relaxing outside on the wrap around deck!

Getting around

we are located in a more rural, beautiful mountain area so a car is necessary for getting around to see the sites (ie: Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, hiking trails, etc)..... no nearby bus stations, taxi or other means of transportation available
