The villa is ideally located,and very private,not overlooked by other properties.All you could need for a relaxing stay in the peaceful village of Pissouri,with it’s lovely tavernas and restaurants.Make sure you try Michael’s Steakhouse for a fabulous meal.Jimmy is a wonderful host.Thank you for a memorable holiday in your lovely home.

The owner could not have been more helpful. Met us at the property after our late flight and went shopping for us so we had essentials. Children loved the table tennis, hot tub and air hockey. I loved all the space around the villa and that property was not overlooked or really close to other villas - pure bliss. Thank you Dimitrius. We all had a relaxing two week holiday.

We booked this villa at a very late date just a week or 2 before we arrived , looked nice on the site and we weren’t disappointed. Once we booked I contacted Jimmy to inform him we would be checking in late after 12 at night, no problem was his answer, then can we have a late checkout as we had a late flight again the answer was no problem. Good start before we arrived Jimmy very helpful. COVID 😤� delays are the airport additional tests for everyone on the plane but at least they are being careful, car Hire delays so sent Jimmy another message we will be late, no problem again. We arrived at the villa which is through the village at the top of the hill as the name suggests all lit up security lights in the drive and the villa fully open been in about 5 mins and Jimmy turned up explained where everything was checked we were ok and went, followed up the next morning with a message marking sure we were fine and didn’t need anything. He’s a nice guy very relaxed and keeps in touch just what you want in case of a problem. The villa has plenty of space the rooms a good size with loads of cupboards. Air con in every room and an additional fan. We found the villa to be quite cool it has shutters on the windows as well as blinds and curtains, fly screens as well so you can leave the windows and doors open and you get a great draft right through really didn’t need the air con, open the front door all day and night there is no one around. Facilities are great and it has a washing machine which is not mentioned in the write up. There is a sun shade outside where the table is which is great we left it down most of the time and you can sit there for without bakeing in the sun. Plenty of space around the pool The sun is on the patio area all day long and there is a shaded area as well. Pools a good size cleaned twice a week along with the hot tub. Had a little issue with the hot in when after it was cleaned we couldn’t use it but again Jimmy couldn’t do enough, the pool guy was out early the next morning to sort it out and kept popping back to keep an eye on it. I always think you can rate the people on what happens if there is a a problem and how they sort it out and Jimmy did. He followed up on it for the next few days making sure it was ok. Thanks Jimmy. Hot tub is great. Pool table is a bit old and has a mind of its own which to be honest made it a lot of fun With the kids, table football and air hockey to keep them amused and great WiFi.

Very relaxing & enjoyable stay. Brilliantly situated. Jimmy is very helpful.

This villa has fabulous views. Isn’t overlooked. Has a lovely pool and benefit of a hot tub. For kids there are lots of little extras to keep them occupied, like air hockey, pool table etc. Easy walk to a choice of restaurants and shops. The local supermarket even stocks Sainsbury’s produce, great if you have fussy kids. Jimmy met us on arrival, brining us some essential supplies as our flight was late evening. He was most welcoming and was able to recommend a physiotherapist as I had hurt my shoulder. All in all a great week, we were also really lucky with the weather for December and swam in the sea everyday. The beach is a short 10min drive away. Really clean shingle beach. Thank you Jimmy.

Thank you for our 10 day stay, we are a family of 5 and all had a great time. We loved the pool, the hot tub and air hockey table the most! The property is a short drive from Pissouri village which is small but has an excellent variety of restaurants which the very typical and friendly Cypriot service. The villa has all the facilities you could need and more. It is large enough for a family of 6 and the beach towels are a great bonus. We spent lots of time exploring and loved the area. We had a lovely time and made some great memories. Thank you

Was amazing, villa had everything you could ever need and more lots of little touches that make your stay all the more pleasant, set just up hill from a beautiful village with lots of restaurants with fantastic food the people were very welcoming would particularly recommend bunch of grapes and if you want a drink the owners of loe sparti bar with will make a fantastic cocktail and keep you entertained all night

This our second time at Jimmy's Villa and it was just as good as the first. Jimmy was there to greet us and was on call for any problems during our stay. The location is quiet and private but only a 10 min walk to the main square. The Villa isn't your typical soulless shell, Jimmy has thought of everything, from a crisp pool to chill out at, to a warm jacuzzi to unwind in. The kids were never bored, they had table tennis, table football, pool, air hockey, a selection of bats balls and inflatables. Once they got tired there are games in the house, UK tv and the Wi-Fi stretched to every corner of the villa. Inside was just like home, comfortable and spacious with every need catered for. The closest resteraunt is only a 5 min stroll down the road. This is the first time we've returned to the same holiday location, the villa made our holiday perfect. 😎? Thank you Jimmy.

One of the best holidays we have had as a family,Jimmy was easy to deal with and gave us all the information we needed he kept in touch during our stay and visited us to ensure all was OK.The Villa is perfect with amazing outside space and views, the breeze was welcome during the hot August temperatures.The walk into the village is easier than i anticipated and all the supermarkets and restaurants are on your doorstep and all good value.The family enjoyed all the villa had to offer from the pool and hot tub to the games and inflatables.We arrived late but Jimmy very kindly contacted me and asked if i would like some supplies in the fridge just to see us through which was a very nice gesture. Pissouri is a very friendly village and has a great relaxed atmosphere where locals mix with the tourists and expats.The two weeks were totally relaxed and i am pretty sure nobody wanted to return home.We will return in the near future to enjoy this wonderful village and fantastic Villa.
