My husband and I stayed at Anelia View villa for two weeks in July. We were not disappointed. The Villa is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The village is square is a short walk away. It’s an uphill walk, but has easier access via a walk way (slope) and stairs if you wish to avoid the road. It’s also only two minutes away by car/taxi. The area is quiet and also a short drive from Pissouri bay. Andreas was available whenever we needed him and we had the pleasure to meet him in person. We will definitely be back for sure!

Close enough to walk to the village but far enough away for tranquility, this house was perfect accommodation for 4. The pool area was very good, outdoor and indoor eating areas (inc choice of 2 BBQs), well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and enough bathrooms for everyone. It was quite hot so judicious use of the AC was a god-send.

Had a lovely time staying in Andrew's villa. Great sized swimming pool and all the amenities you need. Pissouri village square has lots to restaurants to enjoy but be aware that the portions are huge. Everybody really friendly. Andrew is a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Car essential and transport links to nearby resorts straightforward. Hope to return someday soon.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is in a fabulous position, only 5 mins uphill walk into Pissouri village where there are many wonderful restaurants, and, if you are brave enough to walk back on the steep uphill, only 30 mins walk down to the beach area (5 mins in the car). The villa itself has wonderful views, a lovely spacious pool and terrace area, and has everything you can think of provided. There is plenty of room for a family or friends to have some of their own space, but equally spend time together. There are plenty of fabulous walks and hikes from the door, we loved the Cape Aspro trail that runs from the beach, along the cliff path for a couple of Ks and then follows paths and tracks uphill back into Pissouri. Andrew is a fantastic owner, very responsive, and provides excellent clear communication of check-in, facilities etc. So responsive in fact that when we met him on the day he came to clean the pool, we asked if their were any more pillows (as I like to stack em high!), which there weren’t, however 30 mins after leaving the villa, Andrew was back with 2 brand new pillows for us to use - exceptional service. Our only downside was that we went in the coldest March week in Cyprus in 20 years apparently 😁, and still had a great time.

This was ...... ok here goes, fantastic villa .fantastic host, always on hand if required . The villa has a magnificent pool and the area around it is superb. The shaded area to chill,lounge and to have a beer or wine is superb. The bbq area all you need just get your own sausage, in fact when we arrived there was wine beer bread milk water toilet roll left for us at no extra charge .. the rooms delightful, beds are fantastic,kitchen fully equipped with all you need,I would suggest a hire car just to see the beauty all around you. But the walk to the village up the hill is excellent ,hard but so worth it, in fact I had to do it again and again as it made me feel alive so alive and I'm nearly 60. This holiday will hold many memories for me and my family so I say thank you Andros and your great grandfather will be very proud if you

This was was our first holiday in Cyprus and we really enjoyed it. The villa is within 45 minutes and an easy drive of Paphos airport and the directions provided to it were spot on. Location-wise, the villa is in easy reach of major roads to the east and west as well as for trips in land to the mountains and of course the beautiful south coastline and Pissouri bay and the village itself. The Villa’s facilities were excellent. The pool and poolside area are fantastic and there is plenty of shaded seating as well as pool loungers for days just hanging around the pool. Andreas has put a lot of thought into his property to ensure his guests are welcome and comfortable and him coming to welcome us as well as say goodbye was appreciated. We highly recommend the villa and would definitely stay again.

Lovely pool, very spacious villa and a 5 minute walk to Pissouri village square. It is uphill but we did it with a 6 year old and a 21 month old! Lots to do in the surrounding area. Already looking forward to returning!

My wife and I have been to Cyprus about 8 times now and to 6 different Villa's this is by far the best and more than met expectations on all accounts. From the booking to leaving Andrew is always on hand to help wherever he can and make you feel it's home from home, I can only wish home was this nice. The rooms are bigger than the pictures suggest many being higher and more airy. The pool is fantastic but it has no shallow end. However my 69 year old mother in law was able to easily use the corner steps to get onto a hammock type lilo to cool down and enjoy the pool too, it's also a great spot to sit with a cold beer on the side of the pool. All bedrooms are suitable for adults and the living room spacious and comfortable if you fancy watching TV after a lazy day around the pool and a huge meal at any one of the tavernas in the nearby village we tried all the ones mentioned and they were great . As others have said it is a short but step walk into the square and the 65 steps are easier than the slope which is pretty steep right at the top. A place to eat that no one has mentioned before is Stalla's corner grill right at the top of steps Stalla and her husband are perfect hosts and a great laugh. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone for a relaxing holiday. A car is recommended as you can visit lots of local attractions and makes getting to and from the airport easy it's pretty much one main road and a supermarket is just at the bottom of a hill. Melanda beech just 15 minutes away is beautiful and very relaxing although Pissouri Bay is closer but more commercial if you want that. The Villa does have parking space for 2 cars too which we found a bonus. I also used the bbq four times as it's fantastic and you have a great selection of tools and cooking implements in the kitchen especially for the bbq. We were there early June but it was still about 30°c and being blonde areas of shade were appreciated without excluding myself to the others the pagoda was great but I did retreat to the terraced area which has a comfy sofa. The WiFi worked to the other side of the pool which was great as we took a Bluetooth speaker to use with our phones and tablet for pool side tunes to chill out too. All in all I can find no fault or make any recommendations to make this a better holiday stay. Thank you and I'm sure you will see us again if you'll have us Andrew

We were a mixed group of 6 adults visiting Pissori for a friends wedding. We were so lucky to find Andreas’ villa...it was clean, modern, spacious, good a/c (thankfully!!), lovely pool and great location for Pissori village. Andreas was a great host - quick to reply and even answered his phone late at night when we first arrived and were having some google maps issues trying to find the villa! We really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Andreas!
