Wir haben den Jahreswechsel als Familie in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Ian ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter,der sich bereits vor Reiseantritt viel Mühe gemacht hat,das der Aufenthalt gut verläuft. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Heisswasser war sofort der Verwalter Jim dort und hat das Problem behoben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge nach Limassol ,auf den Olymp und nach Paphos

Good sized property with good amenities. Welcome pack excellent. Heating let it down as at present the radiators aren't working and there are 3 electric heaters, Ian had warned me about this! The heaters would be better as oil radiators because halogen heaters are bright if you need them in a childs room at night. Oven is missing a shelf, but we managed as Christmas dinner was at my daughters! This would be an amazing villa for a family in the Summer - great BBQ equipment and lovely pool.

Nice clean pool with incredible lights. Spacious kitchen. Place for parking.

Great experience would recommend. Owner very helpful and help available over in Cyprus if you need it we didn't everything was there and it all ran smoothly

This villa has everything you need for a comfortable stress free stay. I stayed with my partner and his son and spent most of our time in the pool. Plenty of shade and out door space. Lots of room inside and all mod cons for easily 8 people if staying. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Laneia villa. Ian responded quickly to emails and Mary, Jim and family easily contactable during stay. Would definitely stay again ;0)

We had a fantastic time in the villa, well stocked, the pictures definitely don't do it justice. Reasonable supermarket near by. The locals at lovely and all speak really good English. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We were a party of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children, aged 4 and 6. The villa was clean and spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out. It was very well equipped, with seemingly every requirement catered for. We all appreciated the free wi-fi, as we have stayed at other villas where there is a payment to be made before it can be accessed. The pool was large and very well used by us all, especially the children who I suspect returned home with webbed feet! The villa is situated in a lovely,quiet area of Pissouri. We were able to walk to the village in about 20 minutes and enjoyed some lovely meals there. We would especially recommend The Bunch of Grapes. We went to the village on the Friday night, when one of the restaurants holds a Cypriot night. The children wanted to watch the dancing so we stopped and decided to have a drink there. It was not full and about 10pm by then but we were told that each drink would cost 5 Euros each, as we were not eating - needless to say, we did not stay as 50 Euros for us all seemed a little steep!! A visit to the waterpark in Limassol was a big hit, although entry was a little expensive. The beach is a short drive away in Pissouri Bay and there are some nice restaurants there too. Thanks to Ian for allowing us to stay in your property, it was a lovely holiday in a beautiful villa and I would love to stay there again.

This is an amazing villa, spotless, beautifully finished inside and out, the pool is wonderful, the sun is on it all day so very warm, the outdoor space is large and well kept trees and plants, kitchen well equipped , lounge is lovely but I just want to sit outside around the pool, bathrooms what beautiful tiles, clean, I love this villa, I love pissouri thank you Ian for letting use your villa, I am already planning next year

Beautiful location, views lovely and area so peaceful. Walking into the Village Square took 20 - 25 minutes to walk and is a mile. The square is lovely and the standard of food in the restaurants is very good. Inside the villa the facilities were excellent and we wanted for nothing. One thing that would have been nice is the option to have the pool heated but you can't have it all!! Would definately recommend to others.We are a group of 4 people aged 31 - 46 and it suited us all perfectly.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely well equipped villa with beautiful pool for a week from 18th May 2011 and had a lovely relaxing holiday. We hired a car and drove to Pissouri Beach and Avdimou Beach daily (had whole beach practically to ourselves at Avdimou - wonderful). We also enjoyed walking to Pissouri village on a daily basis (15 minutes walk). All the locals were really friendly (especially Mary and Jim who look after the villa - very helpful too!) We had wonderful meals at many of the Restaurants in Pissouri village and Pissouri Bay and couldn't fault any of them - came back 5lbs heavier! Would definitely recommend.
