The villa was spacious enough for our family of 7. The pool was fantastic and the location was superb. Thanks to Koulla and Michael for their professional approach and we would love to return sometime. David and Louise.

Well equipped villa, 4 good size rooms, 2 bathrooms, the pool area is private and the pool is large enough and we'll maintained. Nice built-in barbecue. Close to shops and bars. The beach isn't great and it's a long way from the larger and more authentic Pissouri village. But overall a very nice property and one we would recommend

A beautiful luxury villa - fully equipped, spotless and modern. This prime location villa is a 2 minute walk form the beach and is the best kept secret! We have booked to come back next year and I can't wait to relax by the pool and enjoy the village spirit.

This has been by far my best holiday in the past few years. The villa was amaizing and the host must be from another planet as they were just flawless. I would definitely recommend booking this villa above all else in Pissouri. It is in the best location to stores and restaurants. Definitely felt like I was in my own home with the benefit of hearing the waves at night and the luxury of a pool area in the back.

This was our second stay in this beautiful villa, it is just a fantastic home from home. The villa is owned by Koulla and Michael and they look after it themselves, on arrival the cleanliness is second to none and the arrival package of essential foods is great, the garden and pool area is so private, also with lovely outside seating and a barbeque. The villa is just a short stroll from the beach, and walking down you will pass a collection of places to eat and drink, including an Indian and Italian also various taverna's, it is just ideal for couples and children. Thank you once again Koulla & Michael for letting us stay in your lovely villa, we will most definitely be back.

A fabulous villa, beautifully furnished with landscaped gardens in Pissouri Bay, therefore a short walk to the village amenities and beach. The owners Koulla & Michael look after this villa personally, and are a very warm and friendly couple and nothing is too much trouble for them. It simply is a fantastic home from home. We have been holidaying in villa's now for over 20 years and this is by far the best, We go to Cyprus every two to three years and we certainly will be booking it next time. It really is a perfect villa, so clean and well equipped, and amazingly private, yet all amenities (tavern's, few grocery shops and beach) all on your doorstep.
