3 minutes from the beautiful beach, fantastic restaurants and bars with just a 2 minute walk. The bay has got "EVERYTHING". The villa is absolutely excellent, spotlessly clean and faultless, it has everything and more. The pool is great, a perfect size, really good and safe for children. The setting is idyllic. My wife and i have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

We have returned from a lovely 2weeks stay at this beautiful Villa we have been for the last few years now and every time we stay the standard is kept very high with items being replaced and replenished each year to keep it so lovely. The location is ideal with lovely bars, restaurants and the beach so close by. Always good to have a car to visit the village and the lovely beaches nearby Can’t wait until next year

My husband & I spent a perfect 2 weeks in Pissouri Bay Retreat. We found the villa to be very well equipped, well furnished with a great pool & outside area The location very close to the beach & the many restaurants & bars. Certainly hope to return next year

We have just returned from a week's stay at Pissouri Bay Retreat and can't recommend this villa highly enough. The villa was beautifully presented, exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our grand daughters loved swimming after dark in the glowing blue pool. Paul was very helpful when our booking was threatened by possible Covid travel restrictions and all our queries received prompt responses. Pissouri itself is a lovely small village with good eateries, local shops and some watersports and is also a good base from which to explore the island. We have visited Cyprus many times over the last 25 years and rate this as the best family sized property we have ever booked. Thank you Paul. Hope to visit again soon.

3rd time staying at Pissouri bay retreat and it just gets better every time. Paul and Katie were exceptional as always and the villa faultless. We always choose here for the location to the tavernas and mini markets. The beach is also only a short stroll away. Needless to say we have already booked for next year.

Had a week holiday at Pissouri Bay retreat with family and it was amazing. There were 7 of us in total yet the villa didn’t feel cramped at all; plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing: my first two nights I slept the best I had in weeks - think I was desperate for a holiday. Although a little cold due to the time of year, the pool was the perfect size for all as well. The nearby village is gorgeous as well but you’ll need a car to get there. Would look at booking again - thank you!

Amazing, spacious and excellently presented. This four bedroomed Villa is ideal for families and couples. The pool and outside area was ideal for lazy summer days ! Welcome pack was luxurious and Housekeeper Tracey was friendly and helpful. Ideal location for beach and local shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again !

Just returned from week long stay in Pissouri. Stayed here for family wedding at Columbia Beach Hotel. Had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect, large, modern, spacious and very close to all village amenities and lovely beach. All parties enjoyed their stay here and would definitely recommend.

The location of the villa is literally yards away from two small supermarkets, bars and restaurants; it is just a few minutes walk from the beach which is pebbly (suited us perfectly as we are not keen on sand!) and has an array of sunbeds and a variety of watersports if you want some excitement, there is also a beach side restaurant for food and refreshment. The villa is excellent, the pool has been recently refurbished and was so inviting, we spent hours in the pool as it was really hot; the outside area is large with a barbeque area and gazebo with some very comfortable sunloungers. The villa has everything that you require in order to enjoy your holiday; the welcome pack that greeted us was the best that we have had and we have stayed in many villa's over the years. The village is quiet and tranquil but there are sufficient restaurants to eat somewhere different on each night (we were there for 7 nights) although I would definitely recommend Pissouri bar which is about 1 minute away from the villa. The owners Paul and Kate provided us with some really good information and their communication both before our holiday and after has been excellent. If you are looking for a little luxury in a quiet, hot and serene setting, then this is the villa for you.

Just got back from pissori and have to say the villa was great. Everything we needed, kids loved the large pool, lots of space and taverna’s and bars 100 metres away. Would definitely stay here again. For anybody who’s never been to pissori, it’s one of the most charming and safest places we’ve visited.
