Fully air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms, detached, one storey villa. Set in a 500 sqm plot situated in a private residential area in Pissouri Bay, 125m flat walk to Pissouri Beach. The villa has a private 9.5m x 4.5m mosaic tiled swimming pool, outside shower, built-in BBQ with sink, covered pergola, large patio area with table and chairs, sunbeds and private parking. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, large dining table with 8 chairs and luxury leather sofas in the living area. Flat screen TV with satellite channels including; Sports, children's channels, latest up-to-date films, BBC1, ITV1 and many many more. The 3 large bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes and bedside tables. Perfect Villa Kara in Peaceful late season Pissouri
We booked a week with Elena. The villa was spotlessly clean on entry and very spacious with a pool. There is copious amounts of indoor and outdoor seating for dining or relaxing with outdoor bbq, tables, side tables and 6 sunbeds. 3 good bedrooms 1 king 1 double 1 twin with a putyouup slide under bed for a 7th person or they do providea cot. Beach towels were provided as well as a bath towel and hand towel for each guest. Not sure about additional linen to change beds as it wasn't necessary during our stay. Full TV satellite service if you wanted it for film, sport, news, and kids TV. Welcome pack of essentials and well stocked kitchen to self cater if you wanted to. Plenty of crockery and glasses and condiments, washing up liquid tea towels didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine so not sure if there were dishwasher tabs. Refuse sacks,hand soap, spare loo rolls also provided. Full bathroom and a separate wet room both with a loo was a bonus and floor mats provided there too. Surrounding properties well kept and very quiet setting. Villa Kara had an Immaculate garden and very clean unheated pool which I think is attended twice a week. There is a pool sieve in case anything lands and can't get out. With cooler days and less sun there is a boost for the hot water and Aircon which cools or heats in all rooms. We loved our stay. We will return and have already recommended to friends for next year. Thank you Elena for a very comfortable break.

An excellent property to relax in .
Have stayed previously due to location , good selection of restaurants and Joanne’s shop provides all your needs. Pissouri village in the hills offers extra amenities and A6 motorway is very close for travel east and west.

Superb accommodation
Excellent stay, perfect welcome pack including wine. The outside area is outstanding and beautiful. Location an easy 3 minutes walk to beach, the restaurants, supermarket and bars. Thanks

Everything was absolutely perfect and the matresses in the bedrooms. The pool was very big ans clean ans the house also except the a/c's in the besrooms because of the timer. We had to wake up every 2 hours to switch on aircondition on our holidays.
