If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday then this is the perfect Villa in the perfect place. From the booking through to arrival and all the time we were there it was completely hassle free. The Villa itself has everything you need. It is spacious, clean and very well maintained. The owners (Andy and Karen) are close by if you need anything but equally leave you alone to enjoy the privacy of the Villa. They are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome - the welcome pack on arrival was much appreciated. The pool is amazing and is kept scrupulously clean as are the gardens. We hired a car but if you don't want to travel very far then there is no need for one as the beach, restaurants and a small supermarket are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool kann wirklich richtig zum Schwimmen und nicht nur Planschen benutzt werden. Restaurants und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ganz besonders möchte ich die wirklich sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Besitzer Karen und Andy hervorheben. Sie helfen bei jeglichen Fragen direkt und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank an die beiden für unserer wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus!

Shells Villa is close to the beach and local amenities. It is very well laid out, with a great pool. A lot of thought as gone into making it feel like a "home from home" with lots of little touches to ensure that you can focus on having a great holiday.

Shells Villa in Pissouri Cyprus is the most perfect villa. Superbly furnished, wonderful large pool, huge patio with lovely sun beds and sitting areas in a very peaceful location - close to the beach and restaurants.

Lovely villa with a ten minute walk to the beach, 4 if you go across country but a big step down from the garden. Everything as described with plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to hire a car. Welcome pack a nice touch and everything you need in a kitchen. My only issue is I don’t need weighing scales in the bathroom on my holiday 😩.

This Villa is everything you need and more, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. The Villa is homely has everything you could possibly think of, the outside space is wonderful and the pool is amazing and exceptionally large. We had an amazing time and would definitely return. Within walking distance you have several bars and restaurants plus a Supermarket. If you would like to get out and about I would recommend a hire car, we went to Limassol Marina which is well worth a visit. Karen and Andy were very helpful with any queries we had.

The villa is very well kept and equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was amazing. The owners live nearby and were very helpful and flexible about the booking arrangements with The uncertainty of COVID travel restrictions.

Wonderful location 4 minutes from the beach, which you can also see from your bed and you patio . Great attention to details by owners Andy and Karen who were always available to advise and support .

We had a great stay in this lovely Villa. The owners have been very thoughtful in providing equipment, cutlery , etc that the traveller might need. Great location within an easy walk to the beach and shops.

Both the villa and the owners of this propery are superb. We recently spent four weeks at Shells Villa, and to be totally honest it was faultless. The location is private, pretty and peaceful however four minutes walk and you are amongst the bars and restaurants. A short drive up the hill and you are in the really Pretty village square. Some of the views are breathtaking. The villa itself has everything you can possibly need with an excellent welcome pack together with lots of lovely touches. The new pool is large so you can really have a swim and is very well maintained. Andy and Karen are exceptional hosts. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and have the balance just right by being always on hand without being intrusive. We have no hesitation at all in recommending this villa to anyone and will definitely be returning ourselves.
