The view from this place was just inspiring as we looked down the valley to the sea and Pissouri Bay. The apartment was well equipped and the free essential goodies to eat and drink really helped us settle in. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped too with Jill and her husband just up the road keeping a friendly eye on us. We just loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast or dinner in the warm Summer heat with a glass of wine. The memories of this lovely week have been etched into our memory for ever, restoring sanity and strength to the soul.

The villa was excellent in every way. Just on the edge of the village of Pissouri it is about 10-15 minute walk into the village which is delightful. The local bars and restaurants are all great and we quickly got to know our way around. It is some distance to the beach with bars/restaurants and we tried a couple of these also. About 25 minutes from Paphos and 30 minutes from Limassol it is the perfect base to explore this part of Cyprus and beyond. The villa was the perfect retreat for us. Clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Fantastic views (especially sunrise) over the bay and very peaceful throughout the day and night. The communal pool was very well maintained and again a very welcome spot to relax or put some lengths in first thing in the morning. I would highly recommend both this villa and the location to anyone coming to Cyprus. It is exceptional value for money, very well equipped and in a perfect location. Look no further. Located on the outskirts of Pissouri village a few minutes walk from shops, tavernas etc. and 5 minutes drive from the beach at Pissouri Bay. Only a few minutes from the motorway so a good location for getting out and about. The villa is spacious and compfortable and very well equipped. A combination of large fans and air-conditioning make it easy to keep cool - both are never needed together. The large terrace has stunning views along the coast. Everything worked, it lacked nothing that we needed and there was an excellent welcome pack. Definitely worth a return visit.

Spur of the moment holiday, look for a quiter place to stay, found by chance. What a find. Breakfast on the balcony looking over the valley was just perfect. The appartment is very comfortable and well equiped. The welcome pack was a god send as we arrived after midnight. The location in the village is just right, as we enjoyed our evening walks to the village square. Plenty to do in the area and surround counrtside. Bay was only a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our second visit to Pissouri but our first stay at Zeta 21. We loved zeta 21 from the moment we walked in. With easy parking and access from the ground level it is in a lovely location with friendly quiet neighbors and a little playground next door. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, is light and airy, well ripped and a great size for 4 people. I found the bed really comfy and loved that the double bedroom had a balcony that opened onto the balcony too. The appliances were a really high standard and many seemed almost brand new. We just loved spending time on the balcony looking out over the incredible view. It was great that it had the option if shade too so we could all sit in or out of the sun relaxing, especially in the evening. Pissouri is up on a hill and this meant that there was pretty much always a lovely slight breeze on really hot days which was really welcome. The apartment hadn't great selection of DVDs and books to read and was well equipped with maps and beach accessories too. It was lovely that a welcome food pack was also there on arrival free of charge. I just love the village itself (hence that it's our second visit and we'll be back) as it is has lovely family friendly atmosphere and a huge choice of brilliant tavernas and food places (go to the Hideaway as soon as you can!!), Don't be out off that you do need a hire car to stay in Pissouri really. It's so easy to find and the roads are really quiet and easy to navigate plus Cyprus is a drive on the left country so it's really just like driving in the UK but with quieter roads. I would hugely recommend staying here and heading to Pissouri for a relaxing couple or family holiday (we were a party of mum, dad, 4 year old boy and Grandad). Make sure you head to Latchi for a boat trip and curium beach (head right to the far end just after the last taverna) is worth a 15 to 20 min drive for a great beach (really shallow and Sandy in the sea so it's warm and good for children). I hope you stay here and have as lovely a time as we did.

We have had a lovely week at the Zeta 21 apartment. It is very comfortable, fully equipped, has tremendous views from the patio across the valley to the sea, and is well managed. It is still too cold for the pool, but we can see that it will be a great facility. Pissouri is lovely, much more to our taste than more populist resorts like Paphos, and a pleasant short walk from the apartment. It has numerous excellent restaurants with very friendly staff, so you are spoilt for choice. It's been a great week.

Probably one of the nicest holidays I've ever had. The accommodation was top notch,very modern & very clean. In a word "PERFECT" Need I say more. Try it, you'll LOVE it !!

A very well equipped and maintained apartment with fantastic views from the large balcony. Will definately be recommending it to friends and relatives and hopefully, be returning ourselves soon.

Although not initially the easiest to find, particularly with the dug up roads, this apartment has proved to be like a 'home from home' in the way that it is so well laid out, equipped and with the facilities (pool and village centre) as well as spacious veranda, coastal views and sunrises.
