Excellent communication when arranging villa. Clean, well stocked, situated 2 minutes walk from local shop, cafe , beach yet round a corner so quiet. Pool cleaned twice during the week. Comfortable stay.

We felt the pictures did not do this property justice. For the price we thought the villa was lovely. It's situated in the most convenient of places with a plethora of lovely restaurants all in a short walking distance, as well as small shops, bars and the beach. We travelled with 4 adults and three children, aged 2, 2 and 7. Everyone had a lovely time. There was ample space outside for the children to play but we also had peace of mind if they wanted to be inside and we didn't. There is plenty of air conditioning which is useful as we all like the bedrooms to be different temperatures at night. The kitchen was well equipped the only downfall was the lack of a sufficiently sharp knife but we got by. The outside BBQ was fantastic and had plenty of use. The whole BBQ area was perfect, it even has its own sink! It does state that towels would be changed once a week, we didn't receive this service in our 10 day stay but its not the end of the world. The pool needs a little bit of TLC, the liner will need replacing/reconnecting at the top soon, but this didn't impact us at all, purely an aesthetic issue. We thought it had a small leak as the level seemed to go down but nothing half hour with the house pipe every few days couldn't cure. The pool man came regularly to clean the pool and was very friendly. Our main issue was the paving slabs around the villa side edge of the pool. the slabs were cracking and some of the edges were quite sharp so had to be careful with the little ones. The pointing was also coming out where it has been quickly repaired and was like walking on small sharp stones so a daily sweep was necessary. However all of these things did not stop us having a wonderful time and making some lovely memories.

We have visited Pissouri Bay every year for over a decade. This is our first time in this villa, it's perfect location, very short walk to the restaurants, food shop and to the beach and there's a taxi close by if you wish to be taken up to the village. The pool was cleaned very regularly, and the gardeners came once a week to give the grass a tidy. This villa was clean upon arrival and met all of or needs, only downfall (and it's a very minor downfall) is that it's a little dated and could do with a refresh. Having said that, it didn't impact our stay at all and we would stay here again.

We have stopped in 9 villas before Katikies 20, in Spain, Crete and Cyprus. So pros and cons:- Pros - the bungalow is positioned within the village on the flat and with a short walk distance to restaurants/bars, shops and the beach. Cons - 1. As it is positioned on the flat, property does not get the sun until late in the morning and looses it early in the evening. As against properties situated higher up. 2. Pool checked regularly. 2. Is said to be child friendly. But be aware, no markings at the side of the pool to show were deep end starts and no life belt. Whilst rear road not busy, no gates to property. 3. Kitchen not fully equipped - lack of pans. 4. En-suit bathroom toilet seat/lid was broken on arrival. Whilst replaced quickly, was not the correct size. 5. Web site states all towels provided, except beach towels however, pool towels not provided. 6. Towels and linen changed after a week, which is normal. However, normaly the maid will make the beds, but not here. 7. Also, at other villas we have stopped at, the maid will clean the property inside and out, after one week. But not here. So we will not be returning

Katikies 20 was perfect. Booking was easy and the bungalow was lovely and spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only complaint was the washing machine did not work, as we had a baby with us it would have been useful, but it did not spoil our lovely holiday.

This was our third holiday visit to 20, Katikies and yet again it fulfilled all our expectations and requirements. The villa is clean, well appointed and only a few minutes walk to an excellent choice of restaurants, small shops, amenities and beach of Pissouri Bay, yet screened to provide as much, or as little privacy as you might want. Pissouri Bay is only about 5 minutes drive from the main road networks providing easy access to Paphos airport and the wider tourist attractions of Cyprus. Add to that, the fact that Julie, who efficiently coordinates all the villa booking arrangements, is on hand with friendly and helpful advise on all things villa and Cyprus related and an excellent holiday is assured.

We have been staying in Pissouri Bay now for the last 12 years, in various villas and apartments. Katikies 20, had every thing we wanted to cater for two parents and their children in their teens and twenties. Excellent double bedrooms, very modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with all mod cons and the all important Wi-Fi for today's travellers. Fabulous pool and sun area, with seating and sun loungers. We can't thank Julie enough, who made us feel extremely welcome, with a starter pack, which we were so grateful for, also providing us with an additional sun bed, when requested and keeping an eye on the small details, which really mattered. We would definitely recommend this Villa, for families, small groups of friends as it is also ideally placed within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Pissouri Bay.

The villa has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday within walking distance of all the local amenities within Pissouri Bay. The choice of restaurants is excellent and we would particularly recommend the Saffron for top quality Indian cuisine.

We travelled with 3 small children, parents and grandparents. The villa was equipped with everything we might need and was clean, tastefully decorated with a pool that was enjoyed by everyone. We were looking for a quiet break somewhere we could spend quality time as a family and this was perfect. I was nervous about having a pool with small children, but the doors all locked properly so that there was no fear of anyone escaping to explore at night. The location is close to some nice restaurants and small grocery stores, and an 8 minute drive from a larger supermarket. The beach (clean, quiet) is a 5 minute walk away. For a family or group looking for some quiet time together this is a perfect villa. We even had a BBQ one night. If you need water slides and kids clubs and night life then look elsewhere.
