A perfect holiday home with friendly helpful owners who live nearby. We have stayed at villa Louiza many times, often twice a year. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Also impressed that there is a cooler bag and ice packs, in the freezer compartment, which are very useful for supermarket shops or keeping drinks cold when out and about in hot weather. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. Set in a quiet bay a couple of hundred metres by the sea. Perfect for two couples as each bedroom has its own en suite with walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a downstairs toilet. Situated in a quiet residential road with a secluded back garden surrounded by high hedges. A beautifully kept swimming pool, patio and four relaxing sun loungers, all contributing to total relaxation. Pissouri bay is two miles from the main road and I would recommend hiring a car to experience visits around this beautiful island. Although there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket near the villa. Paphos and Limassol are only 30 minutes drive away. Platres and Troodos are worth a drive to the cooler mountain region. Other favourite places are Omodos with its quaint cobbled streets and monastery. Or a drive to Latchi , where boat trips can be taken from the marina. But as everything at villa Louiza is so perfect we would be happy to just spend each day relaxing around the pool after a five minute walk to the beach for a pre breakfast swim. Holiday perfection. Without question, Villa Louiza has to be one of the best & well presented villas in Pissouri Bay. It’s owners Mo & Jeff go out of their way to make sure it is immaculate at all times. This is why we return time & time again. It really is home from home. The villa’s location couldn’t be better either. The beach is two minutes away. Mo & Jeff hire out sun beds for the day or speak to them about the many water sports they have on offer. Villa Louiza is also a two minute walk from the local shops & restaurants & a 10 minute drive from Pissouri village which offers an authentic Cypriot feel where you can mix with the friendly locals & enjoy the most amazing food at the many tavernas. Live tribute bands perform at the local amphitheater which is an amazing experience, especially as you have Pissouri Bay & the Mediterranean Sea as your back drop. If you’re after a totally relaxing holiday away from the hustle & bustle of the regular tourist spots, then Villa Louiza in Pissouri Bay will not disappoint. We really cannot recommend it highly enough. Once you have stayed there, you WILL go back.

What can we say, our 1 week holiday in Villa Louiza was not long enough! Shops, restaurants and the beach a 5 minute walk away, the villa itself was stunning, everything you could possibly need with Jeff and Mo on hand for advise on where to eat in Pissouri and where to visit. Villa Louiza is absolutely spotless, and a bonus was opening the fridge to a chilled bottle of white wine! Bliss. Our son was also thought of with little toys and loved to see Jeff come. Excellent, well maintained, clean, well established villa with everything you need. Would recommend for couples or family. Ideally situated walking distance from beach, shops and good restaurants. Great pool and facilities.

Just back home from a great holiday in Pissouri Bay! Villa Louiza is perfectly placed in an ideal location a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is beautifully presented and has all the amenities that you could want to have a great holiday. The owners were great, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the sun 🌞 Can’t wait to return!

We returned to stay at villa louiza having stayed a few times in the past. After staying in many villas worldwide believe this to be one of the very best! It is luxurious and in quiet road near to beach and all amenities. The hosts mo and Jeff are two of the nicest people you will meet and will make your stay as good as possible. The pool and surrounding area with subbeds outside seating is great as is downstairs living space of kitchen dining area and lounge all with air conditioning . Bedrooms have two en-suite areas with air on too . If you want a relaxing holiday with all amenities close by and Pissouri village 5 mins away by car this is the place to be ! We hope to return again soon .

We have just returned from a brilliant 2 week holiday at Villa Louiza.....what a wonderful place! The villa is exactly as described, very well maintained with everything you could need, including great WiFi which really pleased the teenagers! The villa is so close to the beach and the good selection of bars & restaurants so no need for a car, however, we did take a taxi to nearby Pissouri village a couple of times to shop in the big supermarket there as there is limited choice locally. Plenty of options for eating out though. Mo & Jeff are wonderful hosts, on hand if needed but equally happy to leave you in peace. We did a few activities at their water sports place on the beach which were great fun. This was our first visit to Cyprus & we loved it, beautiful weather, great food & wonderful friendly people. For the first time, we all left feeling that we would definitely like to return. Next time we’ll get a car so we can explore further afield to!

Just what the doctor ordered, nice quiet resort with a selection of restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. Villa Louiza was a great place to stay, large private swimming pool,2 en-suite bedrooms, fully air-conditioned, and open plan living space downstairs. All in all a very enjoyable holiday.welldone to jeff and mo the owners for such a well kept villa. will definatley be go back.

Beautiful villa with beautiful decor and views. In a perfect location near the beach , local bars and restaurants and shops. Good to have a car to get about the island or laze by the pool in the lovely surroundings. Lovely hosts / owners and a really nice touch to receive a welcome pack on arrival.
