This is a lovely house - a real home, with everything you could possibly need. It is in an ideal position, just a few minutes walk up to the village (where there are several tavernas and bars) but far enough away so it is very quiet, and it has amazing views. The properly was very clean and well maintained. It is an upside down house, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the lounge/kitchen/dining area on the first floor. To the rear is a courtyard garden, with a washing machine, washing line, gas barbecue and table and chairs underneath vines. The downside is that you have to schlep downstairs with all your food/crockery etc if you want to eat outside - but that is a small price to pay! There is also a seating area at the front under the orange, lemon and figs trees (alas no fruit on them we stayed!) and a balcony on the first floor where we had breakfast and often sat out in the evening - unfortunately there were rather a lot of mosquitos which seem to like me!
The shared pool is about 100 yards away. It is not particularly large, however most of the time there was never more than about four people in it.
It was very useful having a car included and it was ideal for shopping trips and going into Limassol or Paphos, however we thought it was rather thirsty (it is quite big and automatic), so if you are planning on going further afield, such Troodos, or visiting the North, it may be worth hiring a car for a couple of days.
The owner was very helpful, responding quickly to my emails, and the property manager/caretaker was also very helpful - he provided airport transfers and showed us around.
Overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend this property
