This property is absolutely superb. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and with all amenities working as they should. The AC units in all rooms also function as heaters so, when the temperature dropped in the evenings the indoor temperature was perfectly comfortable. The pool looked beautifully clear and well maintained and it was just a shame that it was too cold outside to be able to use it. There are two outdoor patios and (wrapped up) we regularly breakfasted outside on the one adjacent to the master bedroom. The wifi works in all the rooms and the TV receives the major UK stations as well as the facility to log in to Netflix. The games room downstairs was a real bonus and it was where our grand-daughter learned to play pool - what memories. Communication with the owner Ken, and the housekeeper Michelle was excellent throughout. Geographically, for us the location was perfect, close enough to Pissouri Village and down to Pissouri Bay and even more importantly still only a 25 minute drive to see family living in Episkopi. Some might find the properties in this development a little too close together and there is some noise from the animals kept on the farm/smallholding on the hillside, but neither of these things were an issue for us and we'd happily book to stay there again.

Recently back from Villa Petra having spend 8 nights there. Lovely villa- clean, spacious, welcoming, great position. Pool perfect and all amenities you need. Relaxing views of the sea.Ken and Michelle (housekeeper) so helpful with a few queries. Lovely stay had by all. Only downside was the dogs in the area were noisy at times but I believe it was hunting season so think this may have been why. Would definitely return and recommend a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

My family and I had an amazing 3 weeks at Villa Petra. Having spent a lot of time in Cyprus & in Pissouri in particular, I can honestly say that this villa is perfect! It is clear that Ken has put a lot of thought into providing this home away for home - there really was not anything we felt could be improved. It is equipped to a very high standard and was beautifully clean upon our arrival. The very thoughtful Welcome Pack was also much appreciated. Of particular note is the beautiful pool and BBQ area, the fantastic terrace with lovely views at sunrise and sunset, and the games room which proved hugely popular with our teenagers. During a difficult 18 months, the prospect of our family holiday was something that we all collectively talked about and looked forward to. Despite all the travel hassles at that time, this villa delivered all of our expectations and more, and gave us the holiday we all needed. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for the second time with friends. It is the perfect location for peace and tranquility while being a short walk into the village centre. The villa is well equipped with more than enough facilities for self catering. We really enjoyed the pool and the views from the balcony. The bedrooms are a lovely size. Overall we had a fantastic time. Pissouri is well located for touring the south west of the island including the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains.

What an amazing two weeks we have had.a large property with all you could want or need. We loved the area. You need a car and not be afraid of walking up and downhill. Pissouri village and bay were reasonably unspoilt to alot of other areas. Pissouri suited us as easy to get in main road to alot of places. We visited the ampitheatre at kourion we went to Paphos and went around tha impressive mosaics also on a boat trip to see the turtles, all very much worth a visit. I can honestly say if you want a relaxed holiday with amazing views and facilities and the freedom to decide what and where and when ....... this is the place.

We have been staying in Cyprus for over 8 years and have stayed in various villas in that time. Villa Petra is by far the best one we have had. For us the location is perfect, Pissouri is between Limassol and Paphos and takes around 30 mins to get to either place. The villa itself has everything you could want. The kitchen has every appliance with some lovely extras such as coffee machine, coolbox and even spare bags to put your shopping in! The addition of a games room downstairs is brilliant and we spent many hours playing pool or making use of the PlayStation when it was too hot to be outside. The pool itself is lovely and is kept sparkling clean, the views from the villa at the back are amazing and the terraces spot on for breakfast. Ken the owner is very quick to reply to any messages and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. 10 out of 10 from us.

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa Petra. The villa far exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. It is a real home from home with many extras that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. For families with children the basement games room with a full size pool table and a Wii machine and games is a big attraction in addition to the lovely swimming pool outside. We arrived on Saturday April 27th not realising it was Greek Easter and all the shops would be closed for 2 days, so the welcome pack in the fridge was most welcome. The villa isn’t easy to find but Ken’s directions were excellent so we had no trouble finding the Villa. The villa is some way outside the centre of Pissouri village so a car is very useful unless you are very fit as it’s a good 20-25 minutes walk away. There are several very nice restaurants in Pissouri. Our favourites were The Bunch of Grapes and Vrakas both of which did excellent Cypriot dishes. The villa has its own gas BBQ so it’s easy to cook food at home too if you don’t want to go out. The Pine Bay Area is lovely and quiet with lovely views from the balconies of the villa. Starting the day with a coffee in the sunshine on the top balcony was a great way to start the day. Ken, the owner, was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries or problems. We had a few minor issues when we first arrived but Ken was very quick to respond and sort them out. Thank you so much Ken for such a lovely villa. It was such a lovely relaxing place to come back to at the end of each day.

This was our third stay at Villa Petra and as with previous years, we were not disappointed. The villa is in a quiet location and we had no problems getting the local Pissouri taxi company (Spyros Kattos) to take us to the village and back for dinner. We had a car, but wine and driving don't mix! The villa was well equipt as before and we found the instructions on getting there as good as we expected. A very enjoyable stay.

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, sogar extra eines für den Pool. Kontakt und Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Stayed here with family, which consisted of 4 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 6yrs. Had never stayed in Pine Bay, Pissouri before and have to admit the drive up, and down,is bit daunting initially, but on the plus side the views are amazing. Vila Petra is a lovely, well equipped villa...with thoughtful additions aimed at keeping the kids occupied. The swimming pool was well used during our stay, and the pool area is a lovely sun trap. The games room downstairs was well used too. TV system does not work at the moment, but we were told that a new system is being looked into...to be honest it wasn't a big issue...you can still play DVD's and there is a Wi system in the games room. As it was Easter and Pissouri Village was heaving with locals and tourists as well, after tryin to visit we steered clear as there is very little parking and streets difficult to negotiate, very tight turns and narrow. We enjoyed visiting Pissouri Bay, Limassol and Paphos though, all of which are easily accessible.
