Absolutely lovely place to stay, with everything you need. The town and beach are on the doorstep and the fish and chip shop is great and right next door. Couldn’t have asked for nicer people who checked we had everything but left us to our own devices. Perfect for the wedding with the church, reception venue and friends house all being under 10 min walk. Would definitely consider again in the future.

Beautiful location close to the Otter estuary
Accommodation clean and bright, with lovely outside patio in sun.

Great stay in a lovely property
Great communication after booking. Really helpful information. Very clear. Lovely welcome from the hosts. Property is very pretty & clean. Comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Lovely cottage style accommodation attached to owners property. Cosy, clean, well equipped and in centre of The town.

Wonderful peaceful stay
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. The owner was extremely helpful and the cottage had everything. Fantastic location and a really enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay. Very central location
Katie was a great host. Easy check in/out process. Very helpful with local info/interests. Restaurants and takeaways were of an excellent quality. Fantastic walks on our doorstep. Looking forward to our return. Great time of year (Nov) to visit budleigh Salterton-still plenty going on but without the crowds

Heaven!
This turned out to be the best UK holiday we've had as a family. This house is the perfect base for exploring the area, there is so much to see and do. The host should give lessons on how to be a great host! She made us feel so welcome and we had everything we needed. I we hadn't I feel super confident that she'd have sorted it out for us. We were sad to leave! Thanks for a great holiday!

Perfect
Everything was clean and lovely. The outside area was beautiful as well. It's right up the road from the high street and beach. The kitchen had all the fixings for delicious cream tea on arrival. Katie was very helpful with everything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
