Excellent holiday home we had an amazing time. Fantastic place to take a dog. Power lives next door very friendly and welcoming. The welcome cream tea was lovely. Will definitely be going again.

We enjoyed a lovely winter break at Green Hedges, and would definitely recommend it.
We enjoyed a lovely winter break at Green Hedges, and would definitely recommend it. It was clean, cosy, & perfect for our 2 dogs who loved the squirrel spotting opportunities from the safety of the sitting room window! The weather was so good we enjoyed out complimentary cream tea in the garden! The cottage was in a great location, only minutes from the south west coast path, & I enjoyed a couple of very nice trail runs to Sandy Bay in the winter sun. Local amenities are first rate, & we found a couple of cafes in Budleigh Salterton that loved dogs & fussed over them with sausages & biscuits!
A perfect place to stay at any time of the year.

The rear enclosed garden is very small and stepped, not encouraging to sitting out. The cottage is roomy and well decorated, and beds are comfortable. Only criticism is the small kitchen with a poor layout, two ring (not four) induction hob with oven and microwave but hardly any worktop on which to prepare a meal. With only two of us this was not a big problem, but a family wanting to self cater might find it a challenge!
We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The cream tea left for us was very welcome.
