If you are a golfing fan, the Woodbury Park Spa Hotel and Golfing Complex (previously owned by Nigel Mansell), is a few minutes' walk away and open to non-residents.
PLEASE NOTE that the caravan is only suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children
Spent two weeks in this fabulous caravan well equipped and comfortable. Position perfect with a great balcony for soaking up the sun and chatting to any passers by who fancied a chat. Would have no hesitation in staying again some time. Thanks Jean 👍

Relaxing stay in lovely area
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the very comfortable and well equipped static caravan in Castle Brakes. Accommodation was very clean and beautifully decorated inside.
The owner was responsive and very helpful.
Castle Brakes is a lovely holiday park with a great restaurant - hugely better than many eateries including the nearby Terrace restaurant at the local hotel. Staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful too.
Budleigh Salterton was a picturesque nearby coastal resort.

Great long weekend
We’ve stayed in lots of caravans over the years and have to say this was one of the absolute best, a real home from home - our children didn’t want to leave it! Really spacious and well maintained, particularly liked the way that the kitchen area is completely separate to the rest of the space. You get the sun on the decking area well into the evening at this time of year which is great and you get a lovely view of the sunsets.
Lovely quiet site, very well located to explore the local area. Exmouth was a particularly easy journey. Hope to return again!

Peaceful holiday
Lovely very clean caravan and homely. Very peaceful site. Loved the view of the sunset at the restaurant. Very friendly staff and nice menu. Good communication with Jean will return again.

Really lovely spacious comfy caravan on a lovely quiet site. Reception staff were very friendly, and the meal we had at the on-site restaurant, sitting out on the terrace in the evening sun, was excellent. Fully recommended!

secret escape!
This is a lovely little caravan park, the restaurant serves good food and the caravan was great. really spacious, clean with all that we needed for a short break. I wish I had booked for longer as it was like a home from home.

Luxury in a quiet corner of East Devon
Third or fourth time we have been. Check in and check out simple , staff are very helpful . Great launch place for Exmouth , Budleigh and a host of other places . Standard of finish inside is very very good with all that you will need There is even some very basic goods in the reception shop but Greendale farm shop with local food and drink and even an ostrich ! ( or was it an Emu??) is 10 mins drive away .Fantastic red sunset views over Exmouth from the recent decking installed . Great prices too. We love the place !
