It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)'. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool. The beautiful pool is steps from your door and is a great place to spend the day. You'll be right across the street from the beach, a short 6-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! Alternatively, Hydro Hotel's chefs next door serve local specialties, continental, international cuisine and theme buffets. The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9. If there is changeover on same day, standard check-in/out time will be 4pm, 12noon. HOUSE RULES FURNITURE We provided good quality furniture. Please take good care of them. Detergent is not allowed to wipe any furniture made of solid wood (dining table, cabinets). Please use water followed by wood polisher which is provided in the condo itself. ELECTRICITY Electricity exceeded RM250 for a full month rental, the excess will be on tenant cost (deduct from security deposit). Note : For normal usage with air-conditional on (reasonable usage - turn off if vacant, not ON 7 24), it will be around RM150 the most. HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping & linen changing is complimentary once a month for more than a month rental. Additional cleaning & changing of linen can be arranged with additional cost. STAYING/VISITING GUEST Kindly inform us upfront (latest during check in) total number of guest staying or visiting. Total staying or visiting guest should not exceed maximum occupancy. Do understand that visiting guests will also enjoy the apartment, utilities and facilities. We keep every tenant informed about this upfront to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience caused.
