We really enjoyed Las Catalinas and this flat. The location is very convenient and the view from the patio up top is beautiful. We would have coffee up there every morning. The staff at the beach club, restaurant and shop were very friendly. The concierge service, Tropical Homes, was very helpful in planning activities. It was a great vacation!

My wife and I have 2 teens and a 7 year old. The Villa was beautiful but Las Catalinas is not for us. The Beach Club is not great, and you are far away from snorkeling (Flamingo), good restaurants (Tamarindo), good beach club (Playa Langosta), good surfing (Playa Grande), Etc. For our family, we felt isolated. I got a car which helped, but wish we would have known. Next time we will stay in Playa Langosta and be able to walk Tamarindo for meals and fun. This will save us a ton on money for fishing, snorkeling, etc. If you want to isolate yourself, then this is perfect. But if you have teenagers and like a fun active vacation, I would recommend another spot. If you do stay here, make sure you connect with Roxane at Tropical Beach Properties (Property Manager). She booked us great tours, Finally, I enjoyed working out each day at Surfside CrossFit. About a 30 minute drive, but this box is great. Coaches Nate and Sam(female) are wonderful for the novice (like me) and the expert (not me).

The condos are beautifully equipped, the beach town at Las Catalina’s is a Colony-like style, private and very secure. You can have a restful trip and adventures are at hand. The only lowlight for the trip was the staff at the Recepcion the day we came in; the attendant didn’t show good attitude; however the rest of the crew was nice and respectful. Definitely recommend it.

Great place to spend time with family. Well located just a few stpes to an amazing beach. Good local food. The flat great location, clean and fully equiped. Hope to come back
