Decepción
Hemos estado 2 semanas y elegimos está casa porque decÃa tranquilidad y relax y la terraza con piscina(aunque muy pequeña nos parecÃa bien) nos encantó. Bien, la casa está pegado a otras 2, una a cada lado y con respecto a una de ellas no tiene privacidad. Si vas a entrar en la piscina te ven, sólo con acercarse al muro o levantar la cabeza te ven y desde luego se oyen todas las conversaciones. La terraza es maravillosa pero hemos podido disfrutarla 2 tardes de 14 ya que en la casa de al lado estaba una familia con hijos y los amigos de estos y se pasaban el dÃa montando fiestas en la piscina, asomando la cabeza a vernos, desesperante.
Aparte, preguntamos si el olor a cañerÃas se habÃa solucionado y nos dijeron que sÃ; pues nada de eso, olor insoportable por la mañana y la noche. La casa en el interior necesita reformas, la luz parece una vela, la ducha necesita cambiar la cortina y la alcachofa y la lavadora está sucia, las sábanas y toallas son ya muy viejas. La casa tiene posibilidades si no tienes ocupación en la casa de al lado y si se actualiza un poco. Para 2 o 3 dÃas está bien pero no para 14 como hemos estado nosotros.

Excellant stay very attentive owners always there to help . Very tranquil setting accomodation great loved having pool and bbq for ourselves . Conil beaches great and food excellant. Will definate visit again .

chalet agradable que admite mascota
Llegamos un domingo tarde y el proprietario no pudo esperar mas tiempo para recibirnos. Tenia la intención de estar a nuestra llegada. Aún asà hablamos por whasaap. Se portó muy bien y fue muy atento.Le conocimos al dÃa siguiente.
La verdad es que nos esperábamos una piscina un poco mas grande (según la foto) pero disfrutamos mucho en ella. Para ir a la playa o cenar fuera hay que coger el coche pero esta todo muy cerca.
Nos quedamos con los buenos momentos pasados allÃ, la simpatia de Juan y la belleza de sus alrededores.

Casa cuidada, confortable, pero...
Nos alojamos en esta casa mi pareja, mi perrilla y yo 8 dÃas de este mes de septiembre. La casa está cuidada y muy confortable y contar con piscina privada es un gran punto a favor, pues los dÃas que no se prestaron a echarlos en la playa por el tiempo, por el viento, los podÃas echar de piscineo. Para nuestro gusto solo tiene un pero: que el baño olÃa a cañerÃa (en especial a primera hora de la mañana y por la noche). Se lo comentamos al propietario y dijo que le pondrÃa remedio. Por lo demás, todo en orden, Juan Vicente fue muy amable en todo momento.
