Cozy glamping pods overlooking the Cheshire plains at Marbury Camp and Lodge. Enjoy a double bedroom (Otty Hybrid mattress), kitchen, private bathroom and living area with a double sofabed. All bedding included in the price. Just bring your own towels.
These pods were designed by us and are the first of their type on the UK. The views of the Cheshire plains is quite something. We're also near the Grange Barn, Wrenbury Hall and Combermere Abbey if you are attending a wedding nearby.

South Cheshire of the year, every year! We're also on the National Cycle Route and near the Sandstone trial. Local market towns of Nantwich and Whitchurch are a few miles away. We also have a range of activities nearly including kayaking, walking, parachuting, shooting...the list goes on.
Good size, level pitches.
We only stayed one night on the way through.
The shower block was very cold, no heating on, door left open the entire time and the hand dryer blew cold air. It was like showering outside. Not ideal for this time of year.

amazing
well what can I say. What a lovely campsite. Spot on with the regulations, owner was helpful and polite. What ever u needed he was there on hand. Lovely place to visit, shower blocks were spot on. Tent pitches are on a bit of a slop but wasn't a problem. Well worth a visit and we will definitely return. Had a fab weekend ☺ beautiful views from the site at morning and night.

Wonderful break in a beautiful part of the English countryside
Stayed in the glamping pods for two nights with two children at end of July. The pod was spotlessly clean, as was the site. Kitted out with everything you’d need for a short break. Lovely views from the terrace and such a peaceful and quiet location. Great place to switch off and recharge the batteries for a long weekend. Added bonus was the lovely shower - hot and powerful! The site owners were also lovely and very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely site
Lovely site with lovely views. Level, fully serviced pitch for our caravan. We were very much looking forward be able to go away in our caravan after lockdown and could not have picked a better spot. Felt very safe and relaxed.

Lodge heaven
Absolutely loved our two night stay at Marbury Camp. The Micro Lodges are brilliant, comfortable, well equipped and offer all the luxury of a hotel room...but with the great outdoors! The balcony is large and ideally placed for relaxing and enjoying the superb landscape. A firepit and picnic table meant we could enjoy the evenings outside. The owner Dave is very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend here (and the lodge) for any couples wanting a quiet escape in lovely surroundings.

Luxury Glamping Pods
Amazing pods - beautifully furnished and with everything you could need. So comfortable and relaxing - they are like mini caravans with heating, showers, toilets, cooking facilities, running water, double bed with bedding and an additional sofa bed. The pods are set in a lovely, picturesque location in the Shropshire countryside about 3 miles from Whtchurch. The site is very peaceful - perfect to switch off from the chaotic real world. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful setting and incredibly relaxing/comfortable pods
My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Marbury Camp & Lodge - just what we needed!
Pods are brand new, of a very high standard and the extremely comfortable bed meant we were able to fully recharge our batteries away from work after a long week. The views really are something special too.
Whitchurch is close by - good for cafes and shopping, and we also enjoyed visiting Nantwich for an evening meal and drinks.
Highly recommend Marbury Camp and will definitely
be coming back soon!

About the neighbourhood
We're just outside the small village of Marbury, on an elevated site overlooking the Cheshire Plains. It's part of the former Duchy of Lancaster Estate and overloked by the Stapleton Cotton, 1st Viscount Combermere Monument. There's a few pubs in 30-40 min walking distance, we're on a National Cycle Route, and there's plenty of fishing, walking, shooting and other activities nearby.
Getting around
Cars, bikes and legs are necessary. There is a small train station 30 mins walk from the site and taxis are available at most times. There is no bus route directly from the site, but there is a bus from Marbury and Wrenbury village.

How to get there
Our address is Marbury Camp and Lodge, Mount Pleasant, Hollyhurst Road, Marbury, Whitchurch, SY13 4LY.
If you just go to the post code, you will end up at Grange Farm (wedding venue), which is about a kilometre down the road.
We would therefore suggest following Google Maps.
Hollyhurst Road does have passing places for caravans, but we would suggest that for ease of access you enter from the north, through the village of Wrenbury (CW5 8HG). You can also stop off at the small local village shop to stock up on supplies.
