It gives to its guests a comfortable place to spend summer holidays, with private swimming pool and in just 350 meters away from the beach it is a great place for families with children who want to enjoy the sun and Ibiza’s good weather. The house is walking distance to Marina Botafoch and Talamanca bay. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big salon, dining room and chill out zone with barbecue plus a Dalt Vila views and sea views. Into the house there is 2 machines of air con; 1 of them downstairs on the living room and the other one upstairs for the bedrooms. Also the bedrooms has a big ceiling fans. Very comfortable, nice location with everything you need locally

What a fantastic week. As soon as we arrived we saw the view over D'alt Villa which is amazing , especially in the evening. Great salt water pool, garden seating area, balconies to the living room and bedrooms. Comfortably furnished too. Just a 10$ ride into Ibiza town by cab & great restaurants and bars within 10 mins walk max. Hugo from Eivillas could not do enough for us too. Recommended!

Perfect place for a family holiday

We stayed in Casa Mar on our family holiday- it was perfect. A couple of minutes walk from Talamanca beach and a shop so it's ideal. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice- it is spacious, bright and the salt pool is gorgeous on the hot days. Ibiza town is about a 10 minute drive away / €10 taxi journey- which has a lovely selection of restaurants and shops to browse through.

Nos encanto! la ubicación de la casa es muy buena. Todo estaba muy limpio y la piscina de agua salada es lo mas. 100% recomendable
