We stayed at Lotus villa for our friends hen do holiday and we loved it so much! From the start, Keira was so lovely and helpful with our booking and Maria was so lovely on our arrival - thank you again! We were so overwhelmed with how lovely the villa was...The kitchen was stunning and the outside area was very well kept with spotless sun bed mattresses, including a double sunbed. The pool was really clean and wasn't cold at all. The villa was 2 minute walk from the supermarket which was great. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Gorgeous Property, Great Price
This place seemed to god to be true when we found it. It really lived up to the promotional photographs in terms of finish. Lovely pool, outdoor furniture etc. Keira & Maria were great as property managers and the host was punctual and efficient. Location is good. Short cab ride from Playa Den Bossa. Easy enough to hail cabs from the main road which is a couple of minutes walk away. You might wait up to 10 mins to hail one, but it is easier than trying to book over the phone in my experience. Huge supermarket a couple of minutes walking distance, really useful if you want to stock up on for & drink, but didn't hire a car. If you are expecting a location right in the middle of all the action then this isn't quite for you, but it is a nice quiet retreat, close enough to lots of the good stuff (Ushuaia, Hi etc) without being in a remote location. This made our stay so much easier than it could have been! All in all it really is as good as it looks so if you're considering booking just go for it!

Great villa with plenty of room for 6
Well I’m just back from a week in Ibiza with my wife and 2 other couples and we really did well in landing this great villa. Location is good, within 50m of a local super market meaning it’s easy to access food, drinks etc for your stay.
The pool is very well maintained, the gardens were clean as was the inside of the property. It’s a short distance from the airport which should cost around 15 euros either way.
We also managed to book cabs to take us to the beach, club nights and across to SAN An when heading out for a big night out.
During our stay we had a couple of small issues including the garden lights not working, the washing machine breaking down but everything was repaired following a quick call and someone visiting speedily.
Would I stay here again, for sure, the pics are accurate and clearly this property is cared for.

Immaculate villa, great location
I stayed here with 5 friends (3 couples) for 5 days as a friend was getting married on the island. We are so very glad we came out a few days before the wedding fun began, because we absolutely loved relaxing in this gorgeous villa. We had a very warm welcome straight from the airport from Marcos (just jump in a taxi from the official queue outside the airport) who showed us around, showed us how to use the safe etc. He also returned later the following day to get the BBQ out of the shed for us, as we'd seen it in photos and were keen to have one. The whole place was spotless throughout and finished to a really high spec. A big fridge and freezer did the job wonderfully for 6 people who had a little too much fun in the Mercadona supermarket down the road - our top tip is to 'borrow' a trolley for your stay; we wheeled it up and down the road each time we did a shop and nobody batted an eyelid, and then we returned it before we went home :)
The outside area, however, is what makes it. The pool isn't cold, but it's not warm either, so just what you need after some hard sunbathing. The loungers are comfortable, the bed behind the canopy was very popular for shadehunters and the whole thing was just perfect for our needs. It's also a short taxi ride (13EUR approx.) to Ibiza town, and only about 7EUR to the beach - but we also walked to the beach one day, and that was great. We will definitely be recommending this villa - and hopefully returning!

Paradise! Amazing!
Our recent stay at Lotus Villa was beyond exceptional it was AMAZING! The villa is exactly as it looks in the photographs. The villa is very clean, modern & homely, fitted out with all home comforts. The location is extremely desirable within close proximity to the best Ibiza offers and with the benefit of a supermarket on your door step. The landlady Maria is a wonderful person and she is very helpful and welcoming, she is a lovely lady to deal with. We are planning to return as soon as we can to enjoy this wonderful and homely villa, WELL DONE MARIA THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

High Spec Villa
This Villa is amazing, interior decor and outside area are done to a superb finish. Inside 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 comfortably, 1 en-suite and a separate bathroom with fabulous walk in granite shower. The kitchen is well equipped for Self Catering and there is a separate utility room with washer and rack for drying clothes. There is a spacious living area with a Smart TV [no English channels] but we made full use of YouTube playing the music of our choice. But it is outside where the Villa excels further; no decent sized [unheated] pool with plenty of space to relax and unwind around the garden furniture. I also preferred the artificial grass the owner has installed which is easier to walk on than lumpy uneven grass. Once we shown into the villa, the only other contact we had was with a friendly gecko and the neighbour's cat! It was so peaceful.
You do need a car to get about. The supermarket is within walking distance which is very reasonably priced if you are not going to constantly eat out. The fish and mussels from the market stall was very nice. There is a steak house at the end of the road. We ate there once, the food was lovely.

Excellent Villa
We stayed at this villa in May and had a great time. The outside space is lovely with a good sized pool and lovely sun lounges and sofa. Inside the villa is very high spec and modern plus we felt very safe.
It's in a great location near to a supermarket, Ibiza town and not far from the airport. Maria was really helpful as we had a medical problem whilst we were there and she did all she could to assist us.
Would definitely return to the villa another year!!

amazing place... gorgeous villa
me and fiancé have just got back from having this villa for a whole week. we stayed in the villa with friends and there 2 kids and there was more then enough space for us all. the villa is immaculate inside and out side and very stylish. Its very bright and airy with the sliding doors what open fully so it feels like your bringing the outside inside.
The out side is lovely and has comfy chairs in the shade if you want to escape the sun. The outside bed is comfy enough to have a lie down and a little siesta on, the pool is more then big enough for a big family and we had lots of fun in it. what you don't see in the pics is that there is a dinning table out side now where you can have breakfast, dinner or tea.
The villa is in a great location with the supermarket within a 2 minute walk. the beach is about a 3 minute drive or id say a 25 minute walk.
I can honestly say that there is no bad or negative points about this stunning villa and will be back there in the future.

Perfect!!
Stayed in the lotus villa for one week, 4 adults and 2 children. Villa was beautiful. It was clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the location was excellent particularly being walking distance to the supermarket. Communication with Maria and Keira before arrival was prompt and check in and out was equally as smooth. We highly recommend this villa, we only wished we had stayed longer!!! Will definitely book again in the future or another similar property through the same managers.

Another great year in Ibiza and this time with some luxury!
I recently stayed at the Lotus Villa with 5 friends (mixed group). Our thoughts before arriving were whether or not it would appear as it does in the photos. Rest assured it certainly does. The interior is very nice, it's spacious, comfortable, has a large kitchen/living area and the bathrooms are very cool. The outside area is obviously the main point selling point of the villa. It is exactly as the pictures suggest, the pool is a good size and the outside cabana is a nice touch. Location wise it's a 2 minute walk from a big Supermarket that is very reasonably priced. May I recommend Mahou Lager - 6 bottles for about 3 Euros (It now sells for £5.05 a pint in London). It's a 5-7 minute taxi to Ushuaia and from there you're in the centre of Bossa and this is about 8 Euros. The only irritation we had all holiday was struggling to get through to the taxi companies and in the end we had to usually wait around 10-15 minutes to flag one down by the roundabout at the bottom of the road. However, bear in mind we were there for Radio 1 weekend which is the busiest of the year and the taxi drivers did say it's stupidly busy. So, if you're not going first week in August you should be absolutely fine, if you are, then 15 minutes waiting for a taxi in the sun isn't much of a chore..! One final thing - The representative (Maria) that met us with the keys and introduced us to the Villa helped things run smoothly. We also had a late flight and the day we checked out so she took our cases and met us with them at the airport bang on our agreed time. This is a very useful service as Ibiza flights can be very late and we didn't have to haul our luggage round all day.
I'd love to go into some recommendations and spend all day talking about Ibiza daytime and nightlife but sadly I'm back at my desk and have put off my work for long enough this morning!! Ok...just quickly....Obviously you have the big clubs - they're all great and have their own thing but which you prefer totally depends on what music you like. Couple of more 'cultural' options....KM5 and Bambuddha for fancy food, Las Salinas beach (Jockey Club bar on the beach is lively) for a day trip, Formentera (because it's like being in the Caribbean) and a trip to the port if you have time (to see some ridiculous yachts). Ushuaia....this is a must. We saw Avicii but you're spoilt for options...Ibiza Spotlight will give you the weekly line ups.
In conclusion, another very successful trip to Ibiza. I'll be back next year for my yearly fix and would not hesitate to come back to Lotus if the numbers lend itself to renting a villa. Couldn't recommend the villa enough, you won't be disappointed!

The villa is located in a quiet, exclusive residential area in the outskirts of Ibiza town, called Sa Carroca. One of the best locations in Ibiza.
It is conveniently situated in a quiet spot, close to the airport, Ibiza town and the best beaches in the island such as Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d´en Bossa and Las Salinas. Deep Turquoise waters and powdery white sands: a true paradise. They are at 3-5 minute driving distance.
Restaurants and other recreational facilities are nearby, the new Mercadona supermarket is only at 2 minutes walking distance. There is handy access to the highway to explore the west coast probably with the best sunsets you could have ever seen!
The property is also close to Dalt Vila and the white town of San Jose with its whitewashed streets and laid back vibe. Experience this gorgeous sleepy Ibicencan town with the oldest bars in Ibiza and the most amazing Tapas restaurant I have tried on the Island.
If nightlife is your preference then Ibiza has some of the best nightclubs and places to eat in the world. The famous “KM5”, Blue Marlin, Ushuaïa, Space, Bora Bora and Hard Rock are only 5 minutes drive away.
One of the joys of being in this magical island is that you are never far from anywhere. There is so much to do, to see and to explore whilst taking advantage of Ibiza´s wonderful Mediterranean climate.
