A truly fantastic apartment located in a great part of Mogan. Extremely close to the beach (1 minute walk - approx 180m), close to the harbour (3 or 4 minute walk) and next to Mogan park. The complex boasts a beautiful large pool, sun bathing area and a private grassed garden with various trees. The apartment has its own large private terrace from which you can look out to the pool, the park and the mountains beyond. It has it’s own reserved parking space and there is a lift to bring you down from the parking to the ground floor. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with new appliances, many facilities (Full sized oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, WiFi, UKTV, USB and wireless charging points etc) and plenty of safety features (smoke alarm, carbon monoxid...A truly fantastic apartment located in a great part of Mogan. As you can see from the reviews of my other apartment, I work tirelessly to ensure my guests get a great holiday experience, starting with a exceptionally well maintained, equipped and cleaned apartment. I look forward to welcoming past and new guests to the wonderful Golden Beach. Please note, as a consideration to my neighbors, the air conditioners power down between midnight and 10am. Obviously most rules are common sense, but I do ask my guests to be quiet from 11pm to 8am out of courtesy to my neighbors. Check in and check out times are flexible where I can be. Standard check out is before 11am and check in is after 4pm. I try to manage check in and outs to best accommodate my guests needs. For very early check ins, or late check outs, I can store luggage and guests can use the facilities (pool, toilets, showers, sunbeds etc) or head into town to have a drink or meal.

About the neighbourhood
Puerto de Mogán is a picturesque resort and fising village in the municipality of Mogan, set at the mouth of a steep-sided valley on the south-west coast of the island of Gran Canaria. It attracts many tourists either to stay or on day-visits. Canals linking the marina to the fishing harbour have led to it being nicknamed 'Little Venice' or the 'Venice of the Canaries'. Its beach (Mogan beach or playa de Mogan) has a good reputation. Restaurants and bars fringe the marina and the beach front. On Fridays there is a very popular market which brings in tourists from all over the island. We have a lovely sheltered beach patrolled by a lifeguard. Puerto de Mogán has very few buildings over two stories high and is not over developed.
Getting around
Whilst a car is recommended for those that want to see all of the island, the bus services are very good. They are exceptionally good to the capital - Las Palmas and the apartment is within easy walking distance of the new bus station.
