This spacious, comfortable house, with its beautiful private garden, full of trees, herbs and flowers, its equipment, its private parking and the easy access to the beach, to the main commercial Kanari street and the main square Delfinakia, give to the visitors the possibility to enjoy their stay.
Although the house is located near the centrer and at a short distance about 300m from the sea, it's a quiet and safe place.
As the cycle route passes through the city and in front of our house, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, the historical centrer, the main square, the port, the castle, the street with the famous palms and the ancient monuments.

Guests, have access to everything in the house and in the garden. There are lemon trees, orange trees and rodies trees. You can use free the herbs and the vegetables of our garden, to prepare your meals. There are parsley, rosemary, lavender, mint, basil, tomatoes, green and red peppers, green courgettes, eggplants and cucumbers. We can help you, if you want, to prepare the Greek salad, the tzatziki, the stuffed tomatoes and other Greek traditional recipes.
I water the garden every day, at a time agreed with the guests.
It's an entertaining neighbourhood, with locals and tourists alike. Near home, there are plenty of traditional restaurants with delicious food and patisseries making traditional sweets and ice-cream, which are open till late at night. Not too far from the house, you will find the commercial Kanari street and Delfinakia square, from where the tourist train starts its sightseeing tour, from the town to Asklipio, the famous Hippocrates ancient clinic.
The house is located at a short distance from the bus station. The taxi stand, is only a ten minute walk from the house, otherwise you can call a taxi. Finally, you can relax on the tour boats while enjoying cruises, private or in group, to the other islands.
Car hire is not necessary for this property. Is recommended, if you want to visit and to discover the rest of the island, with the beautiful beaches of Tigaki, Marmari, Mastihari, Paradise, Kardamena, etc., the fantastic mountain villages of Zia with the famous sunset, excellent taverns and coffee shops. Don't forget to visit the village of Kefalos with the spectacular view. If you desire, we can help you to rent a car.
I am at visitors disposal 24hrs a day, if they so wish, so as to provide them with informations on their stay on the island. If they need anything, they can contact me on my mobile.

The location has a very nice garden, with exotic fruits, granat apple, lemons, and nice flowers; some nice terraces in the sun and the shadow; a parking before the door;
the owner Mrs. Dimitra is a very friendly and nice dynamic young lady, she awaits us with cakes and a bottle cold water in the fridge; there was two rooms, one more nice , the other was not so pretty, but all what you need; there was a nice kitchen; the location is interesting for a couple with 2 children, the garden is nice; there was one bathroom, not too modern but fonctional. the nice beachs are nearby, also the very nice beach of the Mill;
