IT IS AT A CLOSE PROXIMITY (WALKING DISTANCE) TO THE NIGHTLIFE, CENTER OF KOS TOWN, THE OLD TOWN, THE BEACH (150m), HISTORICAL SIGHTS, AND THE MARKET. THE CENTRAL BUS STATION IS 80m AWAY AND FREQUENT BUS CONNECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE VARIOUS VILLAGES OF KOS. OWNER IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY HELP 24 HOURS A DAY. THERE IS NO CLEANING THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY, HOWEVER LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. THE BUILDING IS SAFE AND LOCKED AT NIGHT (YOU HAVE YOUR OWN KEY) ALTHOUGH THE AREA IS EXTREMELY SAFE. YOU CAN MAKE BREAKFAST ON PREMISES AND LIGHT SNACKS. RESTAURANTS AND CAFES ARE ALL AROUND FOR LUNCH OR DINNER.

Το αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.
Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης.
Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.
Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wonderful
Really a wonderful accommodation. We are really happy here. Nice and very clean. In the refrigerator we find water and also everything for coffee and tee in the kitchen. The location is also very close to everything. Direct in the opposite is a very nice café there you can get a very good breakfast served from very friendly ladies. The landlord is very friendly, so we could really recommend this location.

Great location, excellent facilities,
One of the 3 best self catering apartments I have visited ever in my life! Excellent location, amazing facilities, genuine hospitality.. a vacation rental you must visit while in Kos.
