We booked a house in June 2020 after we confirmed our flights to Kos. We traveled as a family with 1 kid (3y old)
The place is close to Kos town. There are 5 houses, with huge yard and enough distance between houses. We were please to find sunbeds, outdoor showers, outdoor dining table and a swing bench. The place was perfect for us and especially for the young one.
Inside the house there is a bedroom, a kitchen and living room and few beds on 1st floor. I loved the fact that we were able to live without air conditioning (they have it) simply by having front and back door opened, with the mosquito nets. The sleep quality was really good.
Our host was able to provide car rental, without requiring guarantee, so we took a car for the whole stay. You need a car to get to beach (Tigaki beach is 5-10 min away) but the best part was that on the way there are some markets where you can get vegetables, melons, etc so it was fantastic to cook few times - we also used the grill you can find at Ta Spitakia. We also ordered food, typically takes 30-45 min to arrive from Kos. Also in regards to food, our host made several recommendations for restaurants in Kos, or villages on the island - we follow several and we find all of them excellent.
The only negatives is that they don't have a pool and you need a car to travel. But in the coronavirus context, we found it perfect, so we highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure

Soggiorno fantastico
Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato presso Ta Spitakia nel periodo di settembre.
Villette indipendenti, restaurate recentemente situate all'interno di un vasto giardino ben curato che consentono un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante; personale addetto alle pulizie si è dimostrato professionale, qualificato e cordiale e ciò si può notare anche dalla cura e pulizia delle strutture.
La proprietaria sempre a disposizione per consigli inerenti a spiagge da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare.
Consiglio vivamente il pernottamento presso questa struttura che inoltre è situata a soli 3 km di distanza dal centro città di Kos.

Cancelled 1 week before we would arrive
We booked a house 5 weeks prior to our vacation, which was accepted and confirmed. Unfortunately the booking was cancelled only 7 days before we arrived. The only explanation given was "overbooked, sorry", which seemed very unprofessional and careless to us. Luckily it was off-season so we were able to find another apartment on such a short notice.
So if you don't like the thrill on whether you will be sleeping in a bed or on the beach, better look somewhere else.

Comfortable, quiet, beautiful garden and helpful host
My husband and I were so pleased that we chose Ta Spitakia as our place to stay in Kos. It is in a beautiful quiet location next to olive groves and farm land (approximately 20 minutes bike ride from Kos Town). We loved the large immaculately kept garden with sun loungers. It was amazing that the grass was so green when the climate is so hot and dry!
The adobe style studio we stayed in was exceptionally well designed with high quality furnishings and fittings. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable, the studio had an excellent bed with high quality mattress, very well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, the shower was one of the large luxury types with good pressure and plenty of hot water, the air conditioning was effective and very quiet, there were shutters operated by switches next to the windows that effectively cut out all the light if you wanted to sleep in. I can't remember staying in a more comfortable place! Kallia is a very helpful host and responds very quickly to any questions you may have. She also organised our transfers and bikes which were waiting for us on arrival. Nedzmin keeps the place immaculate and tidies and makes the beds every day, he is very friendly and nice. We'll be back again whenever we visit Kos in the future.

Beautiful place
I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Well kept garden, regular and accurate cleaning, beautiful furnishings and accessories, excellent organization that takes care of guests. The location is excellent for the proximity to the Capital Kos and to any service necessary for a good stay ( supermarkets, bicycles, car rentals).

Perfect, peaceful and pretty.
Perfection. The houses and apartments are very modern. They are fully equipped and extremely comfortable (especially the beds). Each has a big terrace with dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers and an umbrella. There’s even a little outdoor gym area.
There is cleaning every day except Sunday. All linens are changed every three days.
There’s also a free washing machine on site and each house has its own airer to hang clothes.
The setting is a beautifully maintained garden. It is utterly peaceful and relaxed.
We were made so welcome. It was clear that Kallia and Nedzmin would do everything they could to make our stay perfect. They did a great job!
Ta Spitakia is 750 metres from a beach and a taverna. It’s a bit further in the other direction to Platani, which has more restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets.
We hired basic bikes and got everywhere using them. Kos Town is an easy ride, and from there you can get buses all over the island. We biked to Tigaki, Mamari, Pyli and Zia too. Kos is incredibly bike friendly. We hired ours for about €3 a day.

Çok İyi Bir Alternatif
Eğer ev gibi bir ortamda konaklamaktan hoşlanıyorsanız veya iki aileyseniz, şiddetle tavsiye edilir. Kos merkeze araba ile 5 dk mesafede bütün evlerin geniş bir çim alana baktığı sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam. Herşey düzenli ve temiz. Dışarda yemekten sıkıldıysanız görevliye söylediğiniz zaman ön veranda da barbekü yapma şansınız dahi var.

Excellent Villa with nice landlord!
We stayed in Ta Spitakia (Villa Parsino) in Spetember 2018 for 9 Nights. It's very nice Villa with all needful infrastructure nearby: the sand beach of Costa Angela in 2 min. by car, the supermarket AB - in max 5 minutes by car and several fine restarurants / tavernas in Tingaki (5-6 minutes by car), sightseeings like e.g. Asklepion - max 10 min by car. The wonderful landlord Kallia have met us very warm and we had help and quick answers on our questions during our whole stay. We would stay in Ta Spitakia also next year! Higly recommended!

Bellissimo accogliente e sicuro perfetto per le famiglie
Piccole villette all'interno di un residence con un giardino eccezionale. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Strutture moderne, curate nei particolari, pulite e ben arredate. Purtroppo siamo stati qui durante il terremoto che ha colpito l'isola. Le villette sono antisismiche e non hanno avuto alcun danno. Semplicemente perfette.
Ogni villetta ha il suo patio attrezzato che affaccia sul fantastico giardino dove i più piccoli possono trovare giochi adatti a loro.
John è stato fantastico dalla prenotazione all'assistenza in loco.
La struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno. A cinque minuti d'auto da Kos town.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GREECE WITH YOUNG KIDS
I have stayed in many nice places in Greece and around the world. TA SPITAKIA is the best place I have ever stayed with my two young kids, age 3 and 5. Very secure, very quit, minutes away by car or bike from the center of Kos town. We loved the nearby beaches, we enjoyed bicycling the area, and our children loved playing around the beautiful lawn around the little houses. Netzmi, the guy who was taking care and cleaning the property was the nicest man to assist us in anything we needed. We were introduced to the delicious fig and pear trees of the property, from which we could just cut and eat as many as we wanted. We even borrowed a barbecue where we grilled fresh fish and pork chops. I will never forget these family vacations and I am looking forward to go back to the little houses as soon as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you guys!
