This villa is amazing, just 10 min from the airport.
A quiet location with beautiful sea views,this villa offers everything for your holiday.
Well equipped with everything you need.
A little bar just 2 min away called Aplo selling good food and amazing cocktails to watch the sunset.
A large beach if you dont fancy the pool with bars and restaurants.
Andrea the owner couldn't do enough for us and was very helpful..
I will definitely visit this villa again.

Overpriced
Not a villa at all but a small house on a building site with a splash pool with crowded loungers and with a tiny patch of grass. The decor is stylish and the linen good but the kitchen equipment is sparse and much of the villa is ready for refurbishment. Kids safety and privacy are both limited.

Amazing!!!
How can I give more stars???From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Location, views, and amenities all 5 diamond.I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. The house was impeccable decorated and beyond comfortable and the views from every point of the home are incredible

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen ! Sehr, sehr sauber ! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ohne Kitsch; dafür mit liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten. Alles perfekt und auf das Wohlergehen der Gäste ausgerichtet. Der Eigentümer ist sehr sympathisch. Alles funktionierte entspannt. Der Strand ist in 3 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

About the neighbourhood
Mastichari is located 22 kilometers west from Kos town. Its small port links Kos to Kalimnos which is exactly on the opposite side and its beach is now a modern tourist resort. One of its main characteristic features includes the ruins of the old, Early Christian Basilica with its beautiful mosaic floor only a short distance from sea. There are several accommodation alternatives around the area. In Mastichari visitors apart from peace and quiet can also find good food served at the very popular fish houses which are only 20-30 meters from the beach and offer fresh fish and many delicious seafood dishes.
Getting around
The local festival takes place on the 29th of August in honour of Agios Ioannis (St. John), an unforgettable event to take back with you once you return from your holidays. Medical emergencies can be looked after at the local Medical Centre of Antimachia, (3-4 kilometres south) where you will also find a Police Station. Access from Kos town is easy (22 kilometres) by public buses, by taxi and by car and motorbike. From Mastichari’s port you may visit Kalimnos, the boats depart regularly every day and if you have a yacht, the small port is available for mooring.
