The ground floor has a large, garden view bedroom (28 sq.meters) with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom with a bath tub .Next to the bathroom is the Gym room. The first floor has 2 sea view bedrooms with double beds , a large bathroom with bath tub, and a sea view studio (30 sq. meters) with twin beds, kitchenet and en suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is the living room ( 60 sq. meters) with fitted kitchen fire place and a bathroom. There is a large veranda 2.5 x 6 meters with a very beautiful sea view over the Aegean sea and island of Kalimnos. Veel rust, en ruimte! Een heerlijk zwembad, en letterlijk en figuurlijk de kers op de taart was dat Nikolas de eigenaar van de schitterende villa’s een taart had geregeld voor mijn schoonouders die 40 jaar waren getrouwd.
Wat betreft de villa: schoon, goed ingericht, met airco, dak terras met bbq, zwembad, kortom volop genieten op deze rustige iets afgelegen plek.
De omgeving is schitterend, vlakbij het strand, en een auto is een must have, om veel kilometers rond het eiland te rijden! Vlak bij de villa’s zijn leuke restaurants waaronder king size waar we meerdere malen hebben gegeten.
Kortom; kos, xenos villa, auto huren is gegarandeerd een vakantie die je nooit zal vergeten! :)!

Outstanding
As an avid travelling I stay in a lot of villas around Europe and Caribbean/America and I can’t rate this place highly enough to be honest! We stayed here for just less than two weeks and had a lovely time. It’s close to the beach and the view from the living room is beautiful. The house is traditional and comfortable and everything works ( even the air con which isn’t always the case) The pool is lovely, fresh and cleaned every day, and the kitchen is fully equipped! What’s even more impressive is the owners who are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond.
Maria and Nicholas are delightful and when my son got ill managed to get a doctor out in half an hour! They even got us a lovely cake to say thank you to us for staying! Wow! We will be back for sure!!

Heaven on Earth
Just back from an all too short break with 6 friends at this stunning immaculate holiday villa. Greeted on arrival by Maria, the owner, who had very thoughtfully left lots of basic essentials in the the fridge, bread, fruit, snacks, juice and a lovely bottle of wine with nibbles also. There was washing up liquid, lots of items in store cupboard eg salt, oil herbs etc in fact, everything we thought we would have to provide! The villa itself is over three levels, each room with its own balcony plus a huge BBQ terrace which enjoys the sun for most of the day. Every room was large, beautifully furnished, two bathrooms with bath and shower, one self contained studio with en suite facilities and a separate toilet on the upper floor which comprised of fully equipped kitchen, huge lounge area with all mod cons and a stunning balcony with a sea view where we sat at night enjoying the view of the wonderful sunset. There was even a large well equipped gym suite for those who feel the need to use it! The pool was lovely, large and secluded and immaculate as the rest of the grounds with an abundance of loungers and sun umbrellas.I cannot praise the Villa or indeed the owner highly enough. We were able to have a late check out as the Villa was not going to be occupied the day after we left which was fabulous, adding precious hours to an idyllic break.
Tagiki itself is a 15 min stroll from the villa, passing a decent supermarket and lots of nice, reasonably priced tavernas. If we had a longer stay, we would have hired bicycles as the roads are good and very flat terrain. The restaurants in Tagiki were all lovely, we ate out every night in different places and were never disappointed. Food was fabulous. Nice friendly cocktail bars in abundance, not too noisy and wild at night. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay, and although as a group we make a habit of only visiting a place only once, I have a sneaky suspicion that we might just break this habit to revisit your Villa!

PS. The Hamam in Tagiki is an absolute must, better on the first day of your holiday to get your skin ready for a lovely tan!

Fabulous villa
We travelled as 3 friends, but this is a villa that can cater for many more people. It is a fantastic villa, with a beautiful, peaceful, private pool. It has been furnished very well, with great attention to detail, and feels like a home, rather than a holiday property. The owners, Lydia and Nicholas, went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday, including supplying us with a starter pack of food and drink, which was much appreciated.
It is on the outskirts of the village, in the countryside, so some people might need a car, but we managed well without one. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away and the beach is approximately 20-30 minutes walk down the main road to the village.
I will definitely be returning.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location
The Xenos villa2 exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderfully relaxing week. Its location, offers stunning views and the grounds are even more extensive than described with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the views over the Aegean sea. The pool was ideal for relaxing and cooling off , and sitting out on the balcony in the evenings provided the perfect end to the day. Internally the villa is beautifully decorated and furnished and is equipped with everything you could need. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and a Gym area on the ground floor . Tigaki is about a 5 minute walk or 500 meters drive up into the village and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities there: a large supermarket with all you'd need, tavernas , gift shops and bars in a pleasant main road . We thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings there and didn't feel the need to go down into Kos town. We would highly recommend the villa for a quiet relaxing holiday. It is kept in immaculate condition by MariaLydia and Nicholas who clearly have very high standards and seem genuinely concerned to make the villa as welcoming as possible.

Excellent villa in an ideal location
Probably the worst thing that can happen is for a holiday company to go bust just days before you're due to travel. That happened to us, which meant a last minute search for flights and accommodation to coincide with our planned dates. Although we'd only every visited Kos en route to somewhere else (courtesy of Laskarina, another much respected company that went into administration), the island of Kos proved to be the destination that would fit with flights and our dates. Amazingly, we discovered that there were still a few villas available for the week, and we eventually opted for Xenos Villa 2. On arrival, it was positive impressions all around. The villa is set in a pleasant and well-tended garden with huge palm trees leading up to the house. The pool area is a delight, with plenty of sun loungers, a decent sized pool and a plunge pool as well. It's also not overlooked (nod, nod, wink, wink). The villa itself has quite a modern, cubist design on the outside. Internally, everything is a little more traditional: modern but homely, in other words. We particularly liked the top floor, with its well supplied kitchen, comfortable living area and generous sized balcony. There were only the two of us, but all the bedrooms are well sized and, most importantly, have air-con. That may seem an irrelevance to some, but when temperatures are in the mid 30s in the day and upper 20s at night, at least you're guaranteed of getting a decent night's sleep. One of the issues we considered was self-catering vs. eating out. The Xenos villas provide both, as the kitchen is perfectly sufficient (a welcome pack plus a generous selection of fruit is provided) and the nearby village/resort of Tigaki has a huge range of surprisingly good restaurants and bars that seem to avoid the hedonist excesses associated with charter flights. Tigaki also has a good supermarket. If there's a criticism we'd make, it's the room inn the villa that's designated (unusually) as a gym; the combination of no air-con and cheap equipment just make it rather unappealing. Finally, we'd like to thank Maria and Nicholas for their hospitality and making a rather rushed holiday thoroughly enjoyable.

incredibile ma vero,strepitoso
Siamo partiti da Firenze con tanti dubbi,invece appena arrivati c'era Maria Lydia ad aspettarci con le chiavi e a mostrarci la villa che credetemi vi lasciera' a bocca aperta,non possiamo fare altro che consigliarla a tutti per la pulizia,e la piscina che vi invita ad un buon tuffo. Con una breve passeggiata ha tutto cio' che cercate,market,ristoranti,negozi,noleggio auto-motorini-bici,mare,insomma che aspettate a godervi questo posto da favola!!!!Tenetene cura come abbiamo fatto noi perche' il rispetto bisogna riceverlo e darlo!!!

Excellent Villa!! Best of Everything
We have been visiting Kos nearly every year for 15+ years as we have family there. We have just returned from a weeks stay at Xenos Villa 2 and are so happy that Kos now finally has quality villa rentals available.
This villa is huge and offers the very best of everything you could want from your holiday. Secure, quiet, private with stunning views, perfect to unwind and relax by the pool, not far from the beaches, restaurants and nightlife of Tigaki and Kos Town.
Truly fantastic holiday and a big thank you to Nicholas and Lydia who are very friendly & welcoming.
They let us enjoy the privacy of this beautiful villa but were also only too willing to assist us when called upon.

Beautiful surroundings and exceptional villa
Xenos villa II is spaceous and can house up to 4 couples with/without children. Views from 5 separate balconies are exquisite for sunset and sunrise with available BBQ facilities and easy access to local produce. Owners are extremely friendly and look after you well. Facilities within the villa are modern and comfortable. The property and swimming pool are cleaned and maintained regularly to a high standard. Best to organize transport (car/motorcycle rental) for maximum enjoyment of beaches/bars/tavernas/horse riding etc.

Definitely Coming Back
This is a great villa and we are currently writing this review from the villa. The sea view is great and we have an amazing view of the sunset from the villa balcony. We are very impressed with Lydia, the co-owner of the property who has welcomed us. She has been the perfect host and has been very helpful. The villa is very clean and tidy and very spacious. The living room has huge patio doors on two sides so we can enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The swimming pool is large and clean and great for kids. We are definitely coming back as Lydia and Nicolas have made us feel so comfortable that it feels like home.
