Un séjour inexistant
J’ai réservé cet appartement mais malheureusement quelques heures avant mon arrivé j’envoie un message a l’hôte qui me dit que le bien est déjà réservé pour ces dates et que je ne peux venir. Je l’appelle donc pour avoir plus d’explications . Aucune réponse ni d’excuse ou même un message qui dit que le séjour est annulé , seulement une notification du site.

Location pour 1 nuit. Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très bon emplacement. Propriétaire sympathique et très arrangeante.
