To accommodate parties of all sizes from one person to nine people we charge a base nightly rate that includes one person. Then we charge a per person per night fee so that it makes it fair for everyone whether you are two people or nine you will pay a fair price for the property. The whole apartment is available to guests. If only a couple of guests just the one floor. If you need more bedrooms there are 3 more on the floor above. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if needed. The main entrance is a street level and access to the living and sleeping areas is up one set of stairs where there is a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and up another flight of stairs for second bathroom and bedrooms. Porthcawl is a lovely town with lots to do rain or shine! We welcome large groups but ask that you keep the noise down at night as it is a residential area. We don't have our own private parking, however there are a few street parking spaces directly outside the property and also available in nearby streets. If a space directly outside is not available when you arrive you can unload and then drive to find a parking space. We are listed as Verified Accommodation with Visit Wales.More

Spacious, homely and very clean

Fantastic place to stay. Very nice accommodation and everything nice and clean. Owners very approachable. Only thing I felt is that I thought the parking would be outside the house but we had to park a couple of streets away.

About the neighbourhood
Very Central Porthcawl! 2mins walking distance to the shops Cafes and beaches, most guests don't use the car once arrived! :) We have a newly refurbished lido which is open seasonally and is great fun to visit. Porthcawl is a lovely town with lots to do rain or shine!

We are a three minute walk to Pontypridd station with 30 minute direct links to Cardiff.
