We have recently returned from staying at La Seize and the pictures do not do justice to the property. It was far better than we were anticipating. The standard of the finish was better than some high end hotels that I have stayed in and would put them to shame. Glyn could not have been more helpful from the point of booking through to the end of our stay and provided some great suggestions of things to do and see when we were there. If you want a location and a property to fully unwind and relax then I can't recommend this property highly enough and Montsoreau is a picture perfect town that is the epitome of the Loire.

This is a terrific renovation of a pretty house within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, a boulangerie and a small supermarket. The beautiful Château and riverside position make Montsoreau a great place to stay. The decor and furniture in the house are tasteful and excellent quality. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much indeed and hope to return. Highly recommended!

Nous souhaitions passer un we dans le secteur de Fontevraud, nous avons trouvé cette location et avons été très agréablement surpris. Maison charmante avec tout le confort possible, chaque chambre dispose de SA salle de bain ce qui est fort agréable. Prestation haut de gamme, cuisine équipée donnant sur une adorable cour fermée (qu'elle doit être agréable l'été....). Glyn et John, les charmants propriétaires, avaient laissé des bûches, nous avons donc pu faire une "flambée" ce qui était très sympathique. A quelques pas de la maison nous avions une vue surprenante sur le château : belle surprise. Le dimanche matin nous avons par hazard vu qu'il y avait des puces dans le village (beaux objets à voir ou acheter, à ne pas rater), de plus un marché avec plusieurs commerçants nous a permis de trouver toutes les victuailles pour midi... Merci pour cette belle surprise et cette belle prestation, nous reviendons très certainement aux beaux jours.
