I’ve been coming to this island for many years, it’s just wonderful. The house and location were really nice, the property managers Ken & Margaret were the best! He even helped us with getting a rental car. The bathrooms were small and could be updated but it was fine. Our only issue was that the central air totally crashed for the second week of our stay. Ken & Margaret brought in window units for two bedrooms, so sleeping was comfortable. The rest of the house was 84 degrees or higher for 6 days! So we just stayed away until bedtime! It’s the Bahamas, so we just altered our plans during daytime. The owner did offer some compensation which we appreciate.

The Victoria Island House was the perfect getaway for our group. We cannot say enough to express how wonderful Margaret was throughout our stay form arrival to departure. The house is in great condition and had all necessities for a trip to the island. The location was ideal for our group. Would definitely rent again!

The house was in a perfect location. Access to the beach and the ferry and Green Turtle Club and dive shop. It was comfortable and clean.

The house is perfectly appointed and located on the north end with east access to coco bay and the sea! We rented a boat for snorkeling and fishing but we could have just walked to all these spots! We loved Victoria House and Margaret and Ken were so helpful. We are sooo thankful for a perfect spot.

The property is well maintained, especially considering this is Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas, and not the Boca Raton Hotel and Resort. Ken and Margeret, were very helpful and attentive, especially when the power went out. This place has a back-up generator, so we quickly had power and water back up and running when power went out on the island. Renting a golf cart is highly recommended and very useful for shopping and exploring the island. I highly recommend Victoria's Island House. We all had a great time, snorkeling, boating, exploring, relaxing, and meeting the locals. I hope we get to go back soon!

The island is wonderful. Property was just as advertised and perfect. Bahamian people are the best. Our caretakers were great, can’t wait to come back.

Great home for a family. Great location between ocean beach and bay beach. Would definitely book again! Ken and Margaret were superb hosts!
