The house was great for our family and friends. Spacious and accommodating, well stocked, clean, newly remodeled and updated decor. Large kitchen area and table great for playing games. The location was mid-island so easy to get to north or south end. Anwar was easy to reach when needed and checked on us throughout our stay! Would stay here again and recommend to others! We had a wonderful time in Greene turtle cay and would highly recommend this house to vacationers. A spacious indoor area to have family meals and play games. And a wonderful outdoor space to play corn hole and walk up to a lookout to look at the stars.

From the beginning stages of planning our trip all rhe way up to our final trip to the dock, our host, Anwar, and Fanny were AMAZING! Anytime we had a question or needed any assistance they were there! We had 7 adults and had plenty of room to spread out in this wonderfully beautiful home! The kitchen was our biggest hang out spot and the living room was super comfortable for napping after an excursion on the sea! We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed the peace that surrounds it. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality we will definitely be back!

I have never come across a perfect VRBO before. You always have these issues from tiny to large. This place was not an exception, but that is normal. What puts this place above and beyond is the owner response time along with the caretaker response time. I personally was able to communicate with the owner and both the caretakers Anwar and Fannie. Any tiny issue we may have had was fix the very same day. The house had so many internal amenities included. It was an incredibly great stay. As a matter fact I find the description of the property is not as spectacular as what it actually is. For example the master bedroom was very large and it hosted a Jacuzzi bathtub. The three rooms upstairs included a kids room. In the kids room there was a full-size bed with a trundle and two twins. What a bonus! The other two bedrooms housed two queen beds one in each. This also had a spectacular look out on top of the house so you can see all around the island, the sunrise, sunset, and all stars. This place has access to a public dock that we had no issues finding a spot to park our boat. We also found an injured seagull that we took care of for two days and the caretakers we’re going to take care of it from there after we left. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities one would need to cook any meal, you just bring the food. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

Everything was superb

We had a great week despite the weather to start. First time getting to the house is super easy- ask the ferry captain to drop you at Benson’s dock and have your golf cart waiting there. It’s a very short ride or walk over to Chelonia. The house is well laid out for a family with everything you need. Great kitchen, fully outfitted. We loved the back deck and enjoyed evenings playing corn hole as well as the rooftop area and the fantastic views. Bill and Kelly were wonderful to work with answering questions and making sure we had what we needed. Anwar the property manager checked in on us during the week and was very helpful. We loved being on Long Bay as well as centrally located. It’s a quick cart ride to town or to the North end. Bita Bay and the beach is just across the street and a great morning or evening beach walk. We rented a boat for the week from Sunset Marine which is right next to Benson’s dock and we kept the boat at Benson’s. We loved having the freedom to cay hop and did so just about every day exploring GTC and the area. My whole family is already looking forward to going back.

From start to finish this was our best VRBO experience to date. Bill and his wife communicated as soon as we booked- answering any and all questions we had about the house and island. They are great people and really care about their renters. The house is spacious, gorgeous, and newly renovated. Full kitchen with all of appliances and cooking tools you could ever need- we even baked a cake and had the right cake pans available. Boasts a beautiful back deck perfect for entertaining and family dinners- the deck is accented by an amazing upper deck to view the beautiful night skies or sunsets. The Chelonia House is centrally located perfectly between green turtle club and New Plymouth, leaving you and your guests just a short ride to either side of the island. We rented our boat from Sunset Marina- which was right at the end of the street! We also loved being walking distance from the beach. Anwar, the property mama get checked in on us many times and made sure we were taken care of. You will LOVE this rental. 10/10, We can’t wait to go back!

House has a great layout and the yard and location were great. The owner, caretaker and housekeeper checked in with us and helped us with any questions or issues during our stay. Location is ideal to be able to go to town, multiple beach locations and resorts for dinner or other activities. House is well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. With three small children in the house with us the extra beach towels and 3 bathrooms really made things more comfortable. We hope to be back again soon to escape the hectic pace of life with two working parents.
