The location is the best on the island. With your private dock for your boat, you don’t even need a golf cart. We did have an issue with the AC in the living area, but I understand that things happen. I am sure it will be fixed as soon as possible. There is an issue with ants as well. Other than that, I do recommend this place at the price range it’s at.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cabana! The property owners kept great communication with us and the property manager Della was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect and the views were beautiful. The dock for our rental boat was so very convenient. Thank you for a great vacation home!

My wife and I stayed at Coconut Cabana in mid June. The house was amazing , the view was incredible.

We love this house. So close to the Bluff House, pool, beach and great bar and restaurant! Great view!!! Comfy beds!! Cannot go wrong here.

Eli and Diane(owners) were great to work with on the booking, and the property was great for 2 couples, given the layout of the house. Realizing the locals are working hard to get back to some sense of normalcy, it’s great to see the progress that’s been made. The caveat to that is knowing there are times you could be without power, water or wifi, while they are busy with construction. Unfortunately, we went without water the last 1 1/2 days, while that didn’t kill the vibe of the trip it was a little frustrating. Overall we had a really good time, and we’ll be back!

It was all good with the exception of being asked to be out of the house by 9:00 am. Especially in light of having a 3:30 departure time.

Very comfortable place for our family of 4 . Bedroom suites at opposite ends of house was nice. Loved the kitchen . we usually eat in a lot; but with the lockdown shortly after arriving , really didn't have a choice. Only negative is dock did not have water . Wife was not happy we could not get rid of "that fish smell" after taking the kids to catch, grouper, snapper, and triggers/fish off the reefs . Would stay there again.

We enjoyed this cottage and visit very much. We kept our boat at the Bluff House so super convenient. Rent a golf cart to explore the island and hop around. Save your leftovers for the baby pigs!

The house was lovely and well equipped. The location, right next to Bluff House Marina, was perfect for us. The showers were especially nice. We enjoy our stay!
