Fantastic location!

We have been coming to green turtle cay for many years and have stayed all over the island. We enjoyed our stay coco point in particular for the amazing views and great dockage directly behind the house for our boat. The cottage is tucked away so you have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the caretaker is readily available should you have any issues or questions. We would definitely stay here again- thank you!

Beautiful house with great views and deep water dockage. We traveled over from Florida by boat and arrived to find this beautiful house located in a protected bay with great views. The location is one of the best on the island if you have a boat. Property manager and owners we’re great to work with. Definitely would rent this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed Coco Point Cottage. Both the main house and guest cottage are clean and simple. Not a lot of room but you should be spending most of your time outside anyway. The dock was able to accommodate (3) 21' boats. The view of Coco Bay is stunning. Easy walk to the Green Turtle Club for food and supplies. Margaret the caretaker was very helpful in providing info on the island. I would recommend this cottage to anyone that plans to rent a boat and will be spending a lot of time on the water.

This house is beautiful. The views from the house are great and there are always fish and sharks to watch from the dock. Great location close to ocean beach and the Green Turtle Club. The dock was so convenient, we were able to get our 28’ boat in at any level of the tide.

Wonderful job on this 2 bdr 1 1/2 bath cottage. Everything was as advertised and just as great as we could have hoped it would be. It is meticulously kept, beautifully decorated, and setting right in the middle of paradise. I'm sure we will return.

Our family of 4 loved this wonderful spot on Green Turtle Cay! From boating and fishing off the dock, to walking the beautiful crescent beach, to enjoying the gentle coco bay breeze, it was really a great location to get away from it all! The house was also super clean and comfortable. Loved all the windows of the incredible view! We will be back!

Our 10 day trip to Green Turtle was everything we hoped for. We were 3 couples so we also rented the cottage. The houses were clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Very private and the view was absolutely amazing. We got to see dolphins swim closely by and the Sea turtle came right up to the dock to be fed. Lots of fish and even sharks were visible in the clear water. As well as a great spot to walk along the beach and easily cross to the ocean beach. Also want to thank Marg for being so helpful in getting our things to the house and showing us around. Thanks Joe for sharing your island paradise!
