The house and property lived up tp our expectations. Kids loved snorkeling in Coco Bay. We used the public dock to tie up our boat. Nice and quiet place. House was perfect for 2 families. 4 adults and 4 kids. Peggie was Awesome to deal with. We would defiantly stay there again.

We've stayed at 'The Bahama House' a number of times and it offers everything you could want on GTC. It sits on the beautiful CoCo Bay where you can swim with the turtles and rays. There is a government dock that can be used to tie up a small boat overnight. Getting to town or the Green Turtle Club is an easy cart ride but the location of the house gives you the quietness needed for a laid back vacation. The house is built in a way that every bedroom has their privacy but can congregate in the large living area for dinner or parties. A GTC vacation is not for you if you are looking for a fancy resort but this house will give you accomodations that are better than you will find in a resort.

Our family enjoyed a great week at this very nice home on beautiful Coco Bay. The home was perfect for our family of four and just as advertised. In addition, Peggy was great to deal with and very accommodating. We had a great time on Green Turtle Cay!

Our family of 8 has been here for a very fast week! The experience has been everything we expected and so much more. The owners were so helpful in recommendations that were a perfect fit for our family. From the arrival by ferry to the end by being helped with our bags back to the ferry launch, it was all Amazing!

Beautiful view, private location. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable space. Peggy is so great. She is super responsive and helpful. This is our second time to stay in this house and we plan to return ASAP.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Bahama House.The house was clean & had plenty of kitchen supplies for any cooking we did. The house was in a great location, right on the water where we swam on our rafts & close enough to the ocean side for beautiful sunrise pictures.We rented 2 golf carts for our trips into town for groceries & forays around the island to enjoy the beautiful views. Bita Bay & Gilliam Bay were worth checking out & although we didn’t snorkel there, we were told it was a great spot for snorkeling.We had dinner at Harvey’s for Valentine’s Day & the food was delicious.We also had breakfast & ice cream cones at MacIntosh’s on a few occasions.The Ballyhoo was our dinner choice for Friday night although we weren’t very hungry after having gone on an Island Adventure with Linc & Marcus Jones earlier that day & stuffing ourselves with fresh lobster caught by Marcus & fresh fish caught by 5 of our party of 8.What a great day! Peggy Mitchell was great to work with throughout the entire time from reservation to check out... very prompt in answering all my phone calls & texts about stores, golf carts, even finding someone to cook dinner for us one night, which was awesome. Jewvey is a great cook & made us grilled bbq chicken,ribs,cole slaw,awesome mac n cheese & a big fresh green salad. It was also great to have a brand new grill which we used 2 nights for dinner & even cooked sausage on it for breakfast one morning. 2 beautiful colorful parrots visited a tree right next to the house 3 nights in a row which was a highlight for my photographer husband & brother- in -law. We also enjoyed all the visits from the cute hummingbirds to the feeder hanging on the wrap around porch. The only downside was the annoying no-see-ums & my sister-in-law was disappointed that there were no lounge chairs as pictured on VRBO’s pictures of the house. All in all a great trip!

We absolutely loved spending time at the Bahama House! The home is beautiful with gorgeous views. The owner arranged for us to be met at the ferry so that we would have assistance picking up our golf carts and finding the house. We had no issues with the home and would definitely recommend it to others!

Bahama House is a fantastic home. It is well appointed and has everything you could need for a very nice stay. My group loved the fact that you could swim with the turtles and stingrays any time you want, they are like friends. The public dock was perfect for our rental boat, no one bothered our stuff and there was always plenty of dock space and water to get in and out at any tide. The house even has a full size freezer, which was awesome for storing our catch and for freezing jugs of drinking water to take on the boat as ice - big money saver on buying Ice all the time and you could keep your frozen food in the fridge freezer. I will definitely stay here again! The proximity of the cut to get out on the reef is a big plus, being on Coco Bay. AWESOME HOUSE and WELL MANAGED PROPERTY!

It was our third trip and the first time we stayed in a house. Bahama house was perfect for our group of 6..steps away from beautiful Coco Bay, plus easy boat access to many places with breathtakingly beautiful blue/crystal clear water. The stars at night were also another added attraction. The house was conveniently located near Green Turtle Marina where we were met at the dock on our arrival and able to rent golf carts, bikes, snorkeling gear and have dinner. All in all a wonderful vacation. We plan to return! Thanks to Peggy for sharing her beautiful home.
