Nearby, many activities can be practiced: In Summer: -Cycling (bike path accessible from the SHORE now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to the apartment next summer (July 22) ... -Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon) -Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine) -Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or land on the basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show! -The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins) -Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz -An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns) In Winter: -Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby -The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (20mins); Seizures (40mns), 3 Valleys (1 1/4 hour) -Snowshoeing from the Col de la Forclaz Have a nice stay ! We had a great week here. Its a bit of a walk to Talloires - maybe 10-15 mins, but its very steep. Not so bad going down but heading home its a very steep walk. The balcony is spacious with a fantastic view of the late. Whether enjoying the morning or the evening, you cannot tire of sitting out here! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The sizable living space/kitchen with views of the lake ticked all the boxes.
