Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'. Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture. The property is also suitable if you are between homes, relocating, on business in the area, renovating your home or visiting relatives.

A one well behaved dog is allowed by prior agreement. Guest will provide the dog's bedding and not allow on the furniture unless it is covered with a blanket supplied by the renter. Pets are not allowed on the bed at any time. Pets are also not allowed to be left alone in the property or cause noise nuisance to other residents. They also not allowed to use the garden as a toilet.

Interaction with guestsI am based in South Oxfordshire. Our approach is hand off and we would like you to be aware of that. We have local help with the property if needed. If I am not able to welcome in person we email you before your arrival details of the keys pick up which is always very local within 25 meters for the front door. We strive to leave the property for you in the state that we would be happy to reside. The Wi Fi details are clearly displayed on the frame of the TV in the living area. The property is often booked back to back and I would really appreciate for any concerns or queries to be raised within 24 hours of your arrival so we have chance to put them right and if something has been broken or is no longer functional on your departure.

Quality Holiday Rental
This apartment is well situated in the heart of Berkhampsted, close to the railway station, with shops, pubs and restaurants within close walking distance. The Grand Union Canal is a stones throw away from the apartment, making it ideal for walks along the tow path. We were looking for a comfortable and cosy place to stay whilst visiting friends and family in Hertfordshire and we certainly struck gold.The apartment was everything we had hoped for. The owner has thought of everything making the apartment a real home from home.The moment we walked through the door we felt at home. The apartment is bright, modern and clean and the owner, who was warm and welcoming has thought of everything, from a mobile phone for guests' to use during their stay, to a well resourced kitchen. She left us in peace to enjoy the apartment and was contactable if necessary. Even my hard to please husband could find no fault with this apartment and my teenage son said it was much better than a hotel! Some days we left the apartment much later than we intended, due to getting too comfortable on the big sofa in the lounge and we looked forward to returning to the apartment at the end of the day. We highly recommend Broadwater Apartment but a word of warning; once you stay there you may find it very hard to leave! A real quality rental!!

Great Flat in a fantastic location
Pleasant well furnished flat, in a superb location a few minutes walk to the High Street for shops restaurants and cinema, Next to the station for fast trains to London

Best rental ever
Situated in the centre of Berkhamsted an excellent base for accessing London. Light & bright yet cosy. Comfortable bed and sofa!! Peaceful location by the canal lovely walk along the tow path, shops on the doorstep. Best rental in Berkhamsted

Building upon its historic roots (see below) modern Berkhamsted is a thriving centre of retail commerce, supported by a wide range of other business services. Served by the West coast line Berkhamsted station connects London (Euston) (35 minutes 3 times an hour) and Birmingham to the north, with connections for long-distance express services further north at Watford or Milton Keynes. Fifteen minutes driving connects the town with the M1 and M25. The airports of Heathrow and Luton are approximately an hour’s drive away. Despite this central commercial position, Berkhamsted is surrounded on all sides with fields and countryside widely accessible to the general public.
