So we’ve listened to your feedback and modernized our Management Center — and now, we’re thrilled to unveil it. This new platform is designed to help you manage your listing more efficiently and easily — and attract more guests.
You’ll instantly notice the new Management Center is visually much cleaner, simpler and more modern. Clearer navigation ensures that frequently visited areas are easy to find, and you can complete tasks in a straightforward, uncomplicated manner.
Here are three ways the management center has changed for the better:
Quickly find popular actions, from updating photos and videos to interacting with reviews, via dedicated tabs on the left-hand menu.
The Billing tab is now prominently displayed in the top right-hand corner of the homepage for easy access.
Your Listing ID is always viewable in the overview page. No more having to search around to find it.
When you update your details in Business Info, we’ll now show you that the changes are processing, so that you’ll know we’re working on it (Image 1). You’ll also be able to see when your most recent updates were made (Image 2).
Your updated management center now includes an activation card – a helpful tool that lists all features that are available to you, their activation status, and a simple way to set them up. Each solution will have its own unique activation card.
A simplified product set up means a faster and more efficient way for you to leverage our solutions and take your hotel strategy to the next level.

Also note: a few areas in the Management Center — including Analytics, User Permissions, Promo Tools & Awards, and Billing — aren’t yet included in the new experience. But stay tuned … more changes are on the way!
